Biryanis are really good... But didn't like chicken dum biryani.. it's rice is dry & have only 2 chicken pieces in it. No flavors.. very flat taste. I'll not recommend it.. Telangana biryani is so damn good a bit spicy'best'... This 5 star rating is just for that...
The starters were absolutely top notch. We ordered Dragon Gobi & Peshwari Paneer Tikka, & both were delicious, well-cooked, & full of flavor.
Unfortunately, the main course was a letdown. The Veg Schezwan Fried Rice was very soggy, & the rice was only half-cooked & hard to chew. When we informed the staff, we were told that'this is how it is,' which was disappointing.
We also ordered Kattapa Mutton Biryani & faced the same issue-undercooked rice. This time, the staff acknowledged the mistake, apologized, & replaced it with Donne Mutton Biryani, which was decent. However, the rice & meat were cooked separately, which didn't feel authentic or make sense for a Donne biryani.
Overall, I had high expectations based on the starters, but the main course failed to live up to them.
Tried the burnt garlic fried rice & absolutely loved it. Full of flavor, & the service was great…✨
I am terribly disappointed with the quantity & taste of Chicken 65. I just ordered it & it is overly salted & the portion size is a trick. It is 3/4 of the regular container for the same price as their biryani. I should have ordered the biryani because of the price atleast I would have had the rice to soak up salt. I cannot believe that Shaaz would do this. As a customer who values traditional food, this place is terrible with portion sizes for delivery. Paying 20 dollars to receive something that even Tim hortons would do a better job! I would advise the store owners to do better rather than telling people not to come here. I enjoyed other platters but for the chicken 65, I would rate 0/10 for today. The portion seems full but the box is very flat & small.
Food is really good, we got different chicken biryani dishes & they were both excellent ! The spice, the taste, the rice everything is really good, I'll go back for sure. Portions are really good too! The service was excellent too.
Very tasty mutton kheema & desi fried rice. Great service by Sukhwinde
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I tried their Mandi today & it was absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly spiced, the meat was tender & juicy, & the flavors were so authentic. The portion size was generous, & the presentation made it even better. Friendly service & cozy atmosphere
definitely coming back!
Schezuan Chicken fried rice was the best & also the Telangana Chicken Biriyani
Very good butter chicken & rice. Portions are huge. There is no wifi.
Shaaz stands out for its remarkable culinary offerings & inviting atmosphere. As you enter, the warm lighting & elegant décor immediately set a comfortable & welcoming tone. The interior blends traditional charm with modern sophistication, making it an ideal spot for both casual dinners & special occasions. Service at Shaaz is exemplary. The staff is attentive & knowledgeable, providing prompt & courteous service without being intrusive. They are quick to offer recommendations & ensure that each dish is delivered at the optimal temperature, enhancing the overall dining experience. The menu features a range of delectable options, with the mutton juicy mandi & mutton biryani being standout choices. The mutton juicy mandi is a flavorful & succulent dish, with tender pieces of mutton perfectly spiced & served with fragrant rice. The mutton biryani is equally impressive, boasting a rich, aromatic blend of spices that complements the tender meat & fluffy rice. For those seeking a taste of traditional dishes, the haleem is a must-try. Its creamy texture & robust flavors reflect a well-balanced mix of spices & slow-cooked meat, offering a comforting & hearty meal. The Raja Rani chicken is another highlight, featuring juicy, well-marinated chicken in a savory sauce that's both rich & satisfying. To finish, the junnu is a delightful dessert choice, with its smooth, custard-like consistency & subtle sweetness providing a perfect end to the meal. Overall, Shaaz delivers an exceptional dining experience with its excellent food, attentive service, & charming ambience. It's a destination worth visiting for anyone looking to enjoy traditional & flavorful dishes in a refined setting.
Went for a late supper around 8:30 & this place was BUSY on a Monday night. For a table of 2 we chose the Butter Paneer, the juicy mutton (reg.) that comes served on rice, 2 orders on Naan & ate WELL.(a little of everything left over) large menu, tons of choices as well as asian fusion noodles & vegetarian options all across the menu. For an establishment that has been open for a few months there are big things in store for them. 1000% recommend & will be coming back with a larger group as to try out more items on the menu since the meals are served in a sharing style. Loved it & Thank you for having us !
