We had a fantastic dining experience at SHAAZ Restaurant. The food quality & taste were truly impressive. We started with the Mutton Paya soup, which was rich, aromatic, & full of deep flavor. For starters, the Chilli Chicken was perfectly spicy & crispy, & the Haleem was thick, smooth, & very authentic in taste.
For the main course, the Dhaba Style Chicken Curry was outstanding with its traditional spices & homestyle flavor. The Nalli Nihari was the highlight of the meal - the meat was extremely tender & the gravy was rich & delicious. It paired perfectly with the soft Garlic Naan & freshly made Roomali Roti.
We also enjoyed a refreshing Mango Lassi, which was creamy, sweet, & the perfect drink with the meal.
The restaurant atmosphere at SHAAZ was warm, clean, & very welcoming. A special thanks to our service staff Akshitha, who was very polite, attentive, & friendly throughout our visit.
We finished with Shahi Tukda, which was sweet, creamy, & absolutely delightful. Overall, an excellent experience with great food, wonderful service, & a lovely ambiance. Highly recommended!❤?

Great food & a wonderful dining experience overall. The Telangana Spicy Chicken & Desi Hakka Noodles were absolutely fabulous. The service stood out just as much as the food. Akshitha was especially welcoming, attentive, & made us feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend this place.
I had a very disappointing experience at Shaaz Restaurant in Montreal downtown . We visited yesterday & placed our order, but it took almost 45 minutes for the food to be served. & it was cold Waiting that long without any proper update from the staff was extremely frustrating.
The **environment was also not good **& did not feel welcoming or comfortable at all.
When you go out to eat, you expect good service & a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately this place failed on both. Because of the slow service, unfriendly staff, & bad environment, I would not recommend this restaurant to others.
The food is really good, & affordable. Service was excellent, Akshitha was soo friendly & suggesting the dishes. Will definitely Recommend Friends. Best Indian Restaurant in Montreal 💯
Biryanis are really good... But didn't like chicken dum biryani.. it's rice is dry & have only 2 chicken pieces in it. No flavors.. very flat taste. I'll not recommend it.. Telangana biryani is so damn good a bit spicy'best'... This 5 star rating is just for that...

I recently visited shaaz & had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, & perfectly cooked - I highly recommend the vegetarian mandi
The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, & professional throughout the meal. We were greeted warmly, our server checked in at just the right times, & the food came out promptly.
The ambiance was cozy & welcoming, making it a great place for both casual dining & special occasions. Prices were reasonable for the quality, & the entire experience felt well worth it.
I'll definitely be coming back soon - highly recommended!

Very nice & ambient restaurant with great food, came as a party of 7 & they accommodated very kindly. Food was simply delicious, we enjoyed hearty Telugu meals & falooda & gulab jamun at the end. Workers were also very kind & accommodating for all our requests. Recommend Shaaz for everyone to try when visiting Montreal! 😋🥘
My friends & I visited this place during the F1 weekend, & while the food itself was quite good, the service was exceptionally slow & disorganized.
Our starters arrived promptly, which was a promising start. However, after finishing them, we waited a frustrating 30 minutes for our main courses to arrive. We tried to flag down several waiters, who repeatedly told us'2 minutes' but never returned. When we finally managed to get the attention of another staff member, she candidly admitted that our main courses hadn't even been started yet.
This level of unprofessionalism & what appeared to be untrained staff was very disappointing. While the food was enjoyable, the prolonged wait & misleading communication significantly detracted from our dining experience. I would not recommend dining in at Shazz, especially during busy periods. If you're set on trying their food, I suggest opting for takeout instead.
We got the shaadi wala laal chicken, & it was full of flavour 🤩! This place is huge & welcoming ☺?. Soni serves us with patience & kindness. Totally recommend!
Incroyable expérience, le repas était exquis. Chaque plat est fait amour & passion. C'était vraiment délicieux, mon compagnon & moi sommes allés en Inde & nous avons retrouvé les mêmes saveurs, voir encore meilleures ! Nous recommandons à 100%, le meilleur restaurant Indien de la ville ! & en plus de la qualité des plats, le service était impeccable, les serveurs étaient adorables & aux petits soins. Une très belle expérience, nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien dans ce beau lieu avec de belles énergies. Merci Shaaz & les belles personnes qui y travaillent. Namaste ! Déjà la qualité est présente, c'est très très bon, c'est épicé comme il faut & plein de saveurs. Puis la quantité est incroyable... Je n'ai pas fini alors que je suis un gros mangeur, non vraiment rien à redire. Surtout à ce prix là.
