Hygiene wise very bad location of the shaaz!!!
I have been to the Mississauga & Ottawa locations, they are really good,up to the standards!
This location has been the downgrade!
I would never recommend this location.
We went to the restaurant & left in 5 minutes after looking at the chairs & floor.
Very stinky!

I would give this place a negative review. The place was extremely dirty & unhygienic. We walked in, but within 10 seconds we decided to leave because of the poor hygiene & cleanliness. I couldn't even imagine eating there. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

No greeting at entry, no seat allocations & no one to show the menu (it's assumed you will scan the QR code & order by phone). The menu has good stuff but it's impossible to find anything because the user interface is full of 5 million different options that have no picture (OR price!!).

I feel bad for the staff because the person was alone getting everyone's orders, but I still waited a long time between each communication.

None of my order's items were available so after painfully selecting them, & waiting 15 minutes, I am told nothing is available & I must redo the order, for which I had to wait a long time again to receive my food.

At the end, I wanted to pack the leftovers & (once again, after making me wait a long time) staff just tosses the plastic containers & hurries away, without speaking a word.

Food was decent, but a little too spicy (this is coming from a south asian's perspective) & the service was non-existent. It wasn't particularly rude behavior, it was just completely absent catering for the client, which I expect a bare minimum (being seated on entry).

Malheureusement, nous sommes dans la province de Québec & au Québec qu'on s'adresse aux clients en français. Le menu n'est pas en français, les employés ne parlent pas français, très très très décevant comme expérience.. Tant que la nourriture, c'était ordinaire, très déçu de cette expérience que je ne renouvellerais pas.

Do not order online.
The website is not updated whith what is available. They will accept the order & not give you any refund.
The service is really slow. After ordering online which said food will be ready in 10 minutes, I had to wait for 30 minutes.
