Loved the service & the vibes. This is an ideal summer spot for anyone wandering Old Port & looking for a bite to eat. Good, fresh seafood is hard to come by in Montreal, but this place delivered.

Amazing restaurant, definitely a must try when you're in old the old port. The service was great even though we were an enormous group!
The food was fresh & authentic, special thanks to Rob, he did a great job with the menu.
I 100% recommend the Paella 🥘 it was delicious, we also had a pitcher of virgin Margarita which was delicious.
Also whomever was responsible for the playlist, great job !!

The Landshark beer along with 2 other beers on a list of 5 wasn't available & the server acknowledged he should have lead with that. Asked if the fish was freshly battered & was told Yes it was - must have been battered by Captain Highliner because it def hasn't been battered in the restaurant. The fries were mediocre & over seasoned. The other diner's meal was similar in quality. Felt like a food court meal. Server was pleasant, hostess didn't care if we came in or not.

My husband & I had the pleasure of eating here for a late lunch. The staff was phenomenal, the executive chef Rob was so enthusiastic & created some beautiful & mouthwatering dishes that he took the time to explain to us. We had the oysters, slaw, & shrimp & scallops ceviche. The slaw was great & the ceviche was fresh & light & not fishy. I highly recommend anyone visiting Seasalt for some great seafood & a few laughs from the bartender & chef!

Stopped in for lunch. I sat at the bar just to take a break from the sun but there is outside dinning. I got the oyster special & lobster taco. Very fresh & tasty!! The bar tender was awesome. She was busy but was always tentative to me. Very good experience.

Came in with four friends on a Sunday evening with reservation. Were seated at a lovely window seat( opted out of outdoor due to approaching storm). Appetizers of rock shrimp & calamari were absolutely delicious, hot & fresh. I don't think I have ever had a more perfect Cesar salad. Shrimp tacos left a bit to be desired but tasty nonetheless. The fried fish of the fish & chips was light & delicate ...perfection

The soft lighting & comfortable seating create a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners & gatherings with friends. The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely passionate about the menu. Special mention goes to Enrik, the manager, who made our dining experience truly exceptional. His attention to detail & genuine hospitality were evident throughout the evening. He took the time to check on each table, ensuring everyone was enjoying their meal & providing personalized recommendations. Now, onto the star of the show - the food. Sea Salt offers a diverse menu that celebrates the bounty of the ocean. I started with the octopus carpaccio, which was beautifully presented & incredibly fresh. The delicate flavors were enhanced by a drizzle of olive oil & a sprinkle of sea salt, letting the quality of the ingredients shine through. For the main course, I opted for the seafood risotto. It was a masterpiece. The risotto was creamy & perfectly cooked, infused with the rich flavors of lobster, scallops, & shrimp. Each bite was a delightful blend of textures & tastes that left me craving more. Dessert was equally impressive. I chose the lemon tart, a light & refreshing end to a superb meal. The tart crust was perfectly crisp, & the lemon filling was a harmonious balance of sweet & tart. Overall, Sea Salt exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of exquisite cuisine, outstanding service, & a charming atmosphere makes it a standout dining destination in Montreal. Enrik's dedication to providing an unforgettable experience is evident in every detail. EXCELLENT!!!! Loved. every. single. dish. The servers are very nice, the food is fresh & light, I didn't feel heavy after the meal. Overall amazing experience, will definitely be coming back very soon!!

The best food! Fresh! Tasty! Flavourful! We had the Crab Cakes, Grilled Octopus & the SeaFood Salad! SO DAMN DELICIOUS! Not to mention the atmosphere & Wait Staff was wonderful! Thank you Sea Salt for an amazing dining experience!
