Votre regard se perdra aisément dans l'immensité de détails que nous avons disséminé dans cet espace ou, matériaux, meubles et objets, étaient autrefois destinés l'abandon, mais vivent à présent une belle seconde vie.
Saint JJH & Café apparaît comme un joyau de quartier, avec une ambiance cosy et éclectique et une décoration chaleureuse qui invite à s'installer dans un coin confortable pour travailler ou se détendre. Le personnel est décrit comme incroyablement sympathique et attentif, et les propriétaires semblent vraiment impliqués, donnant l'impression d'une petite famille accueillante. La carte mise sur des plats faits maison, des quiches et des pâtisseries grecques, des desserts et des boissons bien exécutées, avec un café particulièrement apprécié pour ses lattes crémeuses et son espresso soigné. Literally the best cafe I went to. Since day 1, I have been obsessed with this place. As a picky eater, they have exactly what I need & what I want. I love the staff, the drinks, the foods & the ambiance of the place. It is a great place to study, talk to friends & do really anything. I would recommend this place to literally anyone of any age. It's really cozy & have a warm atmosphere. Thank you JJH for your great service! Love it!
My favourite little cafe in Montreal. This place is a neighborhood gem, the sort of quaint & cozy spot that becomes a regular with your friend group & where the owners know you by name. The service is always so lovely - everyone that works there is always so kind & warm. It's got an eclectic, moody vibe with lots of cute seating in all these little nooks, cool artwork & the best music playlist. The food is made in house & between the unique quiches (my favourite), Greek pastries, cakes, cookies & hot breakfast options (the pesto omelette is so good, & a great portion for the price) - you won't go hungry. Having saved the best for last, let's talk about their coffee : the best latte I've had in a long time. Deliciously creamy & perfectly balanced. They make such great coffee, I find myself returning to this place with embarrassing frequency. If you are ever in the area, make sure you give this place a try - well worth the visit!
Honestly wow , as i stepped into the establishment it was as if i entered a portal , the deco is tastefully done ,very cozy, a great spot impress a first date or lay back with a laptop get some work done, at the counter I was delightfully greeted with a smile & amazing service even tho the barista was busy she still took time to answer all my questions, I ordered some of the cookies the (matcha one is a must try ) paired with a great hot cappuccino , awesome spot will come again !
What a beutiful cozy unique surprise spot while venturing in Verdun . Warm & made me feel like I could snuggle up with tea & a book or chat with friends for hrs

Cozy, eclectically decorated café with foamy coffees & good treats. But the biggest thing - & I can't really stress this enough - IT HAS A FIREPLACE. A FIREPLACE, people. Put on your boots & pull your hood tight on those stormy January days & you'll be soooo glad you're in Verdun.
Absolutely wonderful place & atmosphere! The layout of it is unique, cozy & tweaked with vibrant personality. The music is enjoyable & never repetitive which adds a great touch. As someone who normally studies with headphones, I find myself often removing them. Enjoying the music while continuing to engage myself in my work. I must add that the menu is fresh with personality & ingenuity. I don't normally order food at cafes, but they have an exceptionally irresistible menu. The other day I ordered a blueberry pie. It was sweet & exuded generosity.
It is very clear that a lot of love & soul continuously goes into this place. & its that heart & soul that really makes this place what it is. Not just with the food, music & decor, but especially in the customer service. The staff are clearly cared for & happy to be there & it shows. & that care extends to the customers. It shows that client satisfaction is very important to this place. From enjoying their food & drinks, to seating arrangements & overall experience.
& if you're lucky, which you will be if you come here. You might get a chance to meet the owner. Who is a very pleasant person. & without a doubt is extremely present in ensuring that her customers experience is of the highest quality. Even when closing time comes, she never lets anyone feel rushed to leave. Letting people finish things up on their own. For someone who studies a lot that was really nice.
& the quality of interactions that happen here are fantastic. Whether its between the staff, the owner or others. It is definitely a great vibe whether you just want to study alone or meet new people. Everyone seems to be so nice a respectful.
For these reasons this cafe becomes more than just a place to study. But kin to a loving home that opens its arms so warmly to everyone. I believe it is truly a gem & a staple within its community.
Le café est divin & de grande qualité. J'ai pris un mocha, que du bonheur ! Fait avec du vrai chocolat de qualité. Les 2 propriétaires (Louis & sa collègue) sont super sympathiques. Ambiance très cozy, original. Très bonne nourriture fait sur place. Un must à découvrir, unique en son genre !
My favourite café in Montréal! I love going to cafés to work. The whole place is extremely cozy, you get your choice of soft couches, soft chairs, booths, & tables. My order is usually a drip coffee (café filtre), & let me tell you, this coffee ACTUALLY tastes amazing & doesn't taste metallic like other cafés. Sometimes I order a brownie or a slice of cake, which can be pricey, but you get what you pay for, & it's perfect for sharing. The espresso & tea drinks I've seen also look delicious.
Yeah, nothing but good things I can say about this place! Fantastic if you're like me & want to get some work done. Also fantastic if you're meeting a friend or two for coffee. They do have a small breakfastlunch menu, I forgot to mention. Make sure you look this place up & follow Google Maps because you won't see it walking along Rue de Wellington. Highly recommend!

Visited for a Thursday "drink & draw". Extremely cozy & beautiful place. Had a delicious tiropita. Lots of non alc choices (great since I am allergic to alcohol). Was served pretty quickly despite it being a full house with only one person appearing to be working (the owner I believe.) Looking forward to my next visit, which may be as soon as this Sat for a friend's birthday.
this place is adorable ! the decor is super cute, cozy & welcoming & the staff is really sweet. i got both a matcha & an iced coffee, & they were some of the best i've had in mtl. the music is great & it's usually a more quiet vibe, so it's a great place to study at even without headphones. loved it!!
Saint JJH is such a cozy place with super kind & friendly staff. Tea lovers will get their share of good stuff as they use good quality teas. Indulge your sweet tooth with their oreo or marshmallow cheesecakes (tested & approved).
