Ca fait longtemps que je n'y étais pas allé mais encore une fois . Pour des funerailles une grosse commande 30aine de poulet avec sauce délicieux!! Bon à s'en lécher les doigts.
Tous se sont regaler pas juste les vendus que je connais mais tous commençant par hop 1 morceau pour finir par avoir pris pas loin d'un demi poulet chaque.
Evidement il y avaient des restants mais même froid le lendemain ou rechauffer menoum!!
Merci de perpétuer la fierté du bon travail.
Avis aux novices vous ne saurez pas déçu l'essayer c'est pas mal l'adopter apres ca les autres portugais sont mieux de faire leurs devoir car la barre est haute.

On est allé entre amis (4 personnes), on a tous pris quelques choses de différent pour goûter à tout ou presque (poitrine, cuisse, sandwich au poulet, salade, frites, riz) & nous avons été déçu pour du poulet en général. On s'attendait à beaucoup mieux venant d'une rôtisserie portugaise. Les poitrines étaient sèches, les morceaux de cuisses avaient énormément de gras ou de peaux molles & la sauce piri piri douce était très liquide & n'avait presque pas de goût... C'était décevant.
Le riz était correct & les frites & la salade étaient très bonnes par contre. Le gros plus est la pâtisserie à même le resto qui offrent d'excellents desserts.
Bref, nous n'y retournerons surement pas pour le poulet.

First day time since they have opened again. We went early so there was no waiting time. The service was very efficient & fast. The people at the counter were courteous.
The food itself, we had the family chicken with fries & salad. The food was delicious. I wish there was more sauce on the chicken. The sauce that come with the salad is sweet which give me a perfect fusion along with the chicken. Fries were good also. We ended taking their natas, surprisingly, each one was huge & delicious. I recommend.

I like it, but my girlfriend much prefers any of the other chicken places in the area. Weirdly, the chicken has very strong soy sauce undertones.

Best chiken in Montréal, I been going here for years now, great price fast service. Love it, could used a extra spicy sauce but I do have my own for that.

Personnel sympathique & surtout patients avec nos questions.
Plats a des prix raisonnables sauf les pâtisseries (une mini tartelette aux fruits a 5$+taxes c'était cher, & si l'on ne veut pas la sauce directe sur le poulet mais a coté c'est 0.89$+ taxes de plus. ).

The chicken is so juicy 😋, the chorizo & bifana are perfect 👌, & the portions are great 😃! Definitely, this is one of my favourite portugaise chicken places! The only thing I would like to get is the spicy sauce, a little bit more spicy 😉

I have not been here in years & heard the crew left & went to ma poule mouillée years ago & that's exactly it. Ramados use to be decadent in flavors & the fries were spectacular. I went today for a chicken sandwich with fries & I was actually disappointed. The salad is exactly like MA poule with the small portions & hardly any sauce. I don't eat at restaurants much as I love to cook . For the 1 time I wanted to treat myself . It was good but nothing to rave about anymore . Service was nice I have to say .

The chicken & pork sandwiches are quite good, ask for extra sauce as the great buns need that! The chorizo is a bit dry as they usually are not done to order, just sliced at the counter. The fries, well usually you get enough with one sandwich to share! Price point is great for the area but often find sitting in quite cold.

Been a while that I haven't went back to the Montreal institution. Since Covid-19 & the opening of poule mouille. I must say, this is as good as the later ! The chicken was juicy & flavourful. Portion is huge & the piri piri sauce: we can literally taste the beer ! A must!!!

Delicious! I ordered spicy chicken sandwich & fries for myself & everything was amazing! The spicy chicken sandwich was pretty normal (though they do put the spicy sauce on the bread so be aware of that) but the fries was where it truly shined! The fries had a waxy & salty flavor with a sweet undertone & it was the best that I ever had. I finished all the fries in one sitting! Will come back!

Great spot for grilled Portuguese chicken! The chicken was juicy & flavorful, & the chicken sandwich was equally delicious. Their spicy sauce added a perfect kick, though the rice could use more seasoning. Overall, a solid place for a tasty, casual meal!

Visited here after several years & found the chicken to be completely tasteless. Used to be way better in the past. Please season the chicken before grilling. Even though I got the spicy one that just meant putting some sauce on top of a bland grilled chicken unfortunately & sauce didn't taste like much.

The portions? Ungodly. Genuinely multiple meals worth of food. The poutine? Incredible! I got the Romados Poutine & it was the best I've had in Montreal (great quantity of everything & an amazing piri piri sauce drizzled on top). The people? So kind! They clearly love what they do & want to share good food with people. I've been recommending it to everyone I meet since I went, so do yourself a favour & just go!

I recently visited this restaurant & tried their Portuguese roast chicken, which was amazing! The roast chicken had a crispy skin, tender & juicy meat, & every bite was full of rich spices & unique roasted flavor. The marinating & roasting of the chicken were just right. The restaurant environment is also very comfortable, & the waiter was friendly & enthusiastic, recommending several Portuguese sauces & side dishes that were perfect with the roast chicken. After the meal, we also enjoyed their special dessert, which was a perfect end to the whole dining experience. Overall, this dining experience was very satisfying & highly recommended to friends who like Portuguese food. Will definitely come back!
