Après plusieurs visites au Rose Ross, je peux confirmer le souci constant d'une cuisine inventive sans chichi & sans prétention. L'accompagnement du mets principal est bien composé en faisant ressortir des notes de fraîcheur & de saveur rehaussant le plat avec générosité.

J'ai découvert ce restaurant tout près de chez moi & je vais y retourner c'est sûr. Nourriture excellente & cuisinée avec soin. Nous avons découvert les oursins du Québec & mangé des calmars farcis & gnocchis le tout avec des superbes saveurs. Le prix est aussi raisonnable pour la qualité! Merci!

Quelle belle découverte que ce petit resto qui "gastronomise" notre quartier! Cuisine inventive, savoureuse, croquante de fraîcheur & service impec. Je suggère fortement l'entrée de pétoncles poêlés! La cuisson était parfaite & le mariage des saveurs, sublime. Nous reviendrons assurément!
