Restaurant simplement incroyable. Réellement l'un des petits bijoux de Masson. La cuisine est toujours décadente & n'est jamais une déception. On sent bien l'attention mise dans chaque plat. Cela me fait déjà quelques visites & je confirme que le service est également toujours impeccable & chaleureux.

The everchanging menu is thoughtfully curated, ensuring that each visit offers something new to discover. Complementing the exquisite food is a cocktail menu that is nothing short of spectacular. The mixologist Sébastien at Rose Ross is a true artists, crafting drinks that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. From classic concoctions to inventive signatures, there's something for every palate. The use of fresh herbs, house-made syrups, & artisanal spirits elevates the drinking experience, making it a perfect prelude to your meal or a delightful way to unwind after a long day. & the bar section, with its pink canopy & vintage fun rides cabochon lamps is my favourite place to unwind from work. The interior design of the Rose Rose is a feast for the eyes, featuring a trompe-l'oeil of being inside of a train wagon. The carefully chosen decor, with its soft lighting, velvet banquettes & artistic accents like the incredible wall of wines creates an inviting space that encourages relaxation & conversation. Each detail, from the artwork on the walls to the carefully arranged table settings, enhances the overall dining experience, making it feel both special & intimate. On a street filled with fast food options & american chains, the Rose Ross remains a class act, a standout destination, to be celebrated & protected, thanks to its exceptional chef, creative cocktails, & stunning interior design. Vrais bons serveurs qui connaissent leur carte & leurs vins. Superbes descriptions des plats adéquates. Accords mets-vins de bon goût. 2e visite & tout aussi ravie que lors de la première. Un restaurant de grande qualité de Rosemont & de la rue Masson. À essayer, & à réessayer.

Un incontournable de la Promenade masson. Déguster déliceixu plat avec un excellent vin mais dans une atmosphère sympatique. Le décor vaut le détour! Possible de m'y aentendre rire trop fort.
