One of the best restaurants I've ever been at. Each dish is presented as a work of art & taste! The flavours are exquisite & perfectly prepared! Every bite is a divine pleasure without question! Votre restaurant y compris le personnel top! est magnifique si Michelin a cinq étoiles moi je vous en donnerais 10! La présentation des plats leur goût exquis dépasse mes attentes de loin! Le service a été long, parce qu'il manquait un chef. Ceci dit, l'attente a valu le coup : excellente nourriture digne des meilleurs restos montréalais.

Soirée inoubliable. Rencontre avec le Chef invité, Jean-Paul Grappe. Service 5 étoiles. Toujours souriant & présent tout au long du repas, avec une délicate discrétion. Repas 5 services d'une qualité & d'une créativité exceptionnel. Saveurs, textures & choix des ingrédients, en font un restaurant qui mérite définitivement ses 5 étoiles. Merci beaucoup Sébastien pour une très belle soirée encore une fois.
Repas spécial d'inspiration bourguignonne dans le cadre de MTL en Lumière. Accueil aimable & souriant, excellent service, plats délicieux & rares & ambiance parfaite: enfin un resto où on s'entend parler sans avoir à crier, avec un joli choix musical à un niveau sonore idéal. Merci au chef invité M. Grappe qui a fait le tour de la salle pour rencontrer les convives (deux fois, dont la seconde avec la chef du resto). On reviendra, c'est sûr, goûter à la carte régulière dans ce cadre agréable. Merci encore pour la belle soirée !
