This is such a lovely restaurant!! Terrific ambiance & service, fabulous food. Recommend the Cacio E Pepe, one of the more affordable dishes on the menu & really spectacular. Yes, we also got the filet mignon, & it was just as good as everyone says, perfect preparation (be aware that the red wine sauce has a little sweetness to it). A real highlight was the salted caramel ice cream cake, seventeen stars! Would definitely visit again next time we come to Montreal!View more

As someone who frequents fine dining on a regular basis this restaurant is not it . Food was delicious but service is TERRIBLE. We waited a bit & had to finally ask the busboy to get a waiter . Served our food & didn't see the waiter for the rest of the night ( he spent most of his time at the same table across) so didn't order more.Another person dropped off the terminal & walk away . If you want fine dining this will not be it, the food was delicious but unfortunately ruined by awful service . Will make you feel irrelevant as a customer . I would recommend overlooking this establishment if you wish to have a fine dining experience .View more

We booked Beatrice for our wedding & cannot recommend it enough. Daniela was fantastic throughout the planning process & a pleasure to work with. Claudio & team made sure everything was perfect & delivered an amazing service from early evening well into the morning; no request was too big or small. There was always someone checking on our guests while food came out like clockwork. Our bartender David was also incredible, personable & made amazing drinks & shots throughout the night while making time to chat & even take a few photos. Finally, the food was simply amazing & we received compliments with every course, & in messages in days after, including about the sommelier's wine selection. Huge thanks to the team at Beatrice for making our big day an elegant, fun & delicious success.View more

I don't even know where to start! Thank you Beatrice for making our engagement dinner something we will never forget. From the moment we walked in the door it felt like we were treated like royalty! The service was absolutely incredible - so much so that we STILL rave about it over a week later. I have never seen such a dedicated staff & to be quite honest, none of us have ever had a service this exceptional. If I could give 10 stars to the service, I absolutely would. Of course the food was absolutely AMAZING. From sharing the starters & a pasta dish, right into our main courses, everything was absolutely delectable. I personally had the lamb chops & wow - the best lamb I have ever had (& kudos for the suggestion). Topping our meal off with a special dessert & sparkle to celebrate my fiance & I was just the perfect special touch. We will never forget our experience at Beatrice & it is quite a special place to eat. We will certainly be back & will highly recommend to anyone & everyone we know in MTL! I would recommend this restaurant. I wanted a fancy, classic & nice place to seat relax & chit-chat & have proper dinner without needing to shout over the table to hear each others! We were there for 4hours! Food was amazing for all courses, & compare to other 4-5 star restaurants, amazingly cheaper, very professional & friendly! I love it.View more

Food is excellent, service is even better. Provided by courteous & smiling staff. The one thing for the owner, the chairs on the second floor could be refreshed, they are not as confortable as I would have appreciated. But overall would strongly recommend for date night.View more

The octopus tasted like it was previously frozen & then cooked had old & fishy taste. The squid ink pasta doesn’t contain any fresh squid ink & squid ink sacks. It just was black pasta from a package no real ink at all. The only dish was good & I can recommend was braised veal cheeks tortelloni. We had much better Italian food in simple restaurants in Montreal & TorontoView more
