It is made with squid ink juice with clams on it. The taste of clams is bouncy, tasty but a little bit salty for me. The octopus tasted like it was previously frozen & then cooked had old & fishy taste. The squid ink pasta doesn’t contain any fresh squid ink & squid ink sacks. It just was black pasta from a package no real ink at all. The only dish was good & I can recommend was braised veal cheeks tortelloni.
