Tonight I ordered from this restaurant & honestly it was one of the best Persian food experiences I've had in Montreal. The food was high quality, fresh, & the portions were very good. Everything arrived perfectly hot & fresh 😍

It truly tasted homemade, just like authentic Persian mom-style cooking. Everything was delicious & made with care. Thank you so much - I'll definitely order again ❤?

New Persian restaurant in downtown Montréal with very authentic, homemade-style dishes.

For brunch, they offer'Kale Pache,' the famous Iranian sheep's head dish, very fresh & tasty, but it sells out quickly, so it's best to reserve in advance.

I also tried'Baghali Polo Mahiche' (rice with lamb shank). It was incredibly delicious, the meat was so juicy it just melted in my mouth.

The chairs are a bit uncomfortable, but the food quality more than makes up for it. Definitely worth a visit, this is my new go-to spot for Iranian cuisine!

It's rare these days to find restaurants who put love into the art of cooking & fortunately, Shamdooni does this right. Food is exceptional. What's even more impressive is the quality of food for the price. A gem in the heart of Montreal to be discovered & hopefully, continuing to thrive.

The waiter was exceptional. Thank you for letting me try the homemade bread & tea. You have done Iran proud.

Your basic homemade Persian food. Very much enjoyed it. It was just a bit too oily for my taste but I would definitely go back.
