One word for this place: khoonegi. Shahin made ordering an experience in itself - real options for our hand-picked mix & match, an offer to adjust the amounts to our taste, & extra barberries. Thank you, man! Akram Joon's baghali polo brought us straight back to our mothers' cooking, & the lamb shank was delicate & rich. Recommended wholeheartedly. 😍

Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The koobideh kebab was not properly cooked, & the beef in the center was still raw. The fesenjan also didn't taste fresh & felt like it had been made a few days ago.

We tried the Baghali Polo with lamb shank, Ghormeh Sabzi, Gheymeh, & Joojeh Kebab, & every single dish was absolutely delicious! The food tasted just like a homemade meal cooked by our moms, full of authentic flavor & love.
We were also served warm, freshly baked bread & delicious seasoned yogurt, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hospitality was wonderful, & everything felt so welcoming.

First time here but definitely come back for more. There are too many dishes we want to try. We had lamb shank, chicken wrap & lentil soup. Meat was tender, rice was so fragant & cripsy. All of them were amazing!!
