I popped in for lunch recently & was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the service was. Even though there were several tables occupied, our orders arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. The flavors were vibrant & fresh, which is exactly what I look for in a good restaurant. I really appreciate when a business stays consistent like this. It is a reliable choice for lunch or dinner & I will certainly be returning with my family next week.

Everything about our visit to Shamdooni was top notch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly & seated quickly despite it being a busy evening. The presentation of the food was beautiful & it tasted even better than it looked. You can tell the chefs really know what they are doing in the kitchen. It is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood & I am already planning my next visit to share it with some friends.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Restaurant Shamdooni last night. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner. Every dish we ordered was seasoned perfectly & the portions were quite generous for the price. I especially appreciated the attentive service from the staff who made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. I will definitely be coming back here soon to try more items from their menu.

Hard to find good Persian kebab in Montreal, but this place is by far the best restaurant I've found for authentic Persian food.

The kebabs are incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, & taste just like what you'd expect from a great restaurant back home. Every dish is prepared with care & attention to detail.

A special shoutout to Mohsen, the owner. You can genuinely see his passion for cooking & hospitality in everything he does. He's one of those people who truly loves what he does, & it shows in both the food & the atmosphere.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Persian cuisine in Montreal.

Such an amazing find in the neighborhood! I was really fascinated by how delicious the appetizers were (we got Ash Reshte & Kashk-e-Bademjan), especially that I'm a big fan of Ash Reshte & cook it occasionally. We were greeted with hot, fresh bread with yoghurt, & then the appetizers & main courses (which also were really good) were served. Great portions, great service, great atmosphere, & great dishes!
