I'm not sure I'm being very objective probably not
I'm not the type to write internet restaurant reviews, but when a place is run by people who work with heart, you take five minutes & say it sincerely, thank you guys

I'm lucky to count the chef among my closest friends, & I spent several weeks there, surrounded by the smells, the laughter, the late nights.
& ever since, I've missed that place.

Places like limbo, where people still cook out of respect for the craft, where every plate tells something true, they're getting rare, too rare
That's why it matters to back those who care about substance, not just style.

This year, I had one of the best dinners of my life at Limbo.
Not just for the food, but for the energy, the team, the wine, the honesty, the warmth.
You want something real? Book a table.

Cool can't be bought.
Neither can hard work.
It's a tough, often thankless industry, & you give it back its dignity.
If you care about food that actually means something, go & enjoy the moment

Chui allé ya genre un mois c'était top 👍
Le menu a changé depuis mais les entrées foie+melon & tartare boeuf+haricots étaient absolument yummy 😋 Les plats aussi étaient impeccables. À manger avec 4-5 verres de Coors Banquet 🍺
J'ai pas de photo mais le mille-feuille!!! Oui!!!

Phenomenal presentation & service. 20/10. Had the tasting menu, come hungry, the best balance of meals. Must, must, must try the panisse a la provencale, radiocchio de parcelles & definitely cannot skip the truite de Montebelo! Thank you!
