Nous avons collaboré avec le Richmond le temps d'une soirée, pour notre événement annuel de fin d'année pour notre entreprise. L'organisation en amont a été difficile, avec plusieurs communications & changements de dernière minute. Les équipements pour présenter (micro & projecteur) lors de notre soirée n'étaient également pas à la hauteur.
Quant à la soirée elle-même, le service a été impeccable avec un personnel attentionné, avec des plats & cocktails adéquats & savoureux dans l'ensemble. L'espace en soi était propre, lumineux, chaleureux & bien décoré.
Nous avons fait une réservation de groupe pour un cinquantième anniversaire. Nous avons eu une très belle soirée, l'organisation était parfaite, le service était excellent & les plats aussi! Je recommande ce restaurant!

Went to celebrate a birthday with about 40 people. It's a beautiful place. Coffee was very good. We started with a platter of croissants & chocolatines, fresh fruits, a little borata with cherry tomatoes. Then we had 3 choices: Omelette, French Toast or Eggs Benedict with salmon. I had the Eggs Benedict which was very good. We finished with a lovely platter of little lemon tarts, millefeuille, cheese cakes, & tiramisu. Will have to run a marathon to burn it off but it was all really good & a fun party.
Went there for a mtl à table menu & had 4 services. First was smoked salmon with beet puree, then butternut squash with gorgonzola & arugula, then my personal favourite being the ricotta gnocchi with oyster mushrooms (the gnocchi was so airy & light), then a pistachio bonet for dessert. Excellent service, very efficient.
We recently had the pleasure of capturing photo & video for a wedding at Richmond Restaurant in Montreal, & everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning , a beautiful mix of elegance & modern charm, with great lighting & atmosphere that made every shot look amazing.
The staff were incredibly professional & accommodating throughout the day, making our work seamless & enjoyable. From the setup to the service & the food, every detail was top-notch.
Highly recommended not only as a dining experience but also as a fantastic wedding venue!
That being said, service was slow. Also, we were there for brunch. A few people had eggs benedict. All of them were overcooked, with some the yolk on some of them being hard. The staff brought new eggs & even those were overcooked.
I don't expect I will return but if I did, I might get some sandwich from the coffee counter instead.
J'ai assisté au mariage de ma nièce, samedi dernier le 20 septembre. Wow! Quel endroit exceptionnel! La nourriture était extraordinaire &, que dire du service, des employés complètement dédiés à leurs invités, aux petits soins!. J'en garde un souvenir incroyable! Ils ont mandaté les services de l'organisatrice sur place. Bravo! Vous avez livré la marchandise ++++Merci à tous d'avoir fait de ce mariage un évènement exceptionnel. Je recommande à tous les futurs mariés de faire affaires avec vous! Vous ne serez pas déçus!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ertan for our wedding, & he was truly an angel throughout the entire process. Throughout the whole process, he made us feel like family. He took the time to really understand our vision & was always proactive with his feedback & suggestions, which made planning feel so much easier & more enjoyable.
The venue itself was stunning, so much character & charm that we barely needed to decorate. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the food & drinks, which were exceptional. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed seamlessly. The coordination was flawless, & we felt so at ease knowing everything was handled so perfectly.
If I could have a time machine, I would relive that day over & over again. To Ertan & the entire Richmond team thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the most beautiful day of our lives.
I celebrated my fifth anniversary with my spouse last night, & it was truly magical. Melissa had taken care of arranging a beautiful bouquet for me because I wanted to surprise her. When we arrived, the ambiance was perfect, & the decor was stunning. The hostess invited us to enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne in the lounge before heading to our table. After relaxing & being impressed by the service, we were led to our table, which was the most romantic setup I've ever seen. It was absolutely perfect. We shared a rib steak, which was cooked to perfection (medium), & the cut was beautiful. We had an incredible meal & the most perfect time at The Richmond. Special thanks to our server, Jérémy, & to Melissa & Patrick for hosting. It's a perfect venue for all types of gatherings-whether it's with friends, couples, happy hour, or weddings. I highly recommend it!
Food was overpriced, went in for lunch & with noone in the restaurant food took forever (over 20min). A medium rare requested burger was cooked well done & there was no sauce or dip for the fries outside of prepackaged mayo - which I didn't have. Wouldn't recommend coming here for lunch as the value for money & time isn't worth the investment. It's unfortunate too, I was parched & really looking forward to this place for lunch after a long morning on a hot day, but left quite disappointed. Service was the main redeeming quality - my server was quite attentive & professional. Kitchen staff could improve quality & attention to detail. The dish overall was too dry & there wasnt thought given into how to balance the dish.
I went for a wedding, the service & stafc were outstanding. Manager Alex was tip top, the bartender Timothee was the best. They were making delicious cocktails well executed & were alot of fun. Great selection of booze. The food was ok. My cod was delicious & not overcooked. My salad was a bit tired. Appetizers were on point & my friend steak was cooked to perfection but it was not finished on the grill . Beautiful room, huge washroom area that was gorgeous. Amazing place for weddings & events. Thank you staff for a hell of a night.
We had our wedding at Le Richmond & it was absolutely perfect. From the incredible food to the flawless coordination, everything exceeded our expectations. Patricia, Ertan, & the entire team were outstanding-professional, attentive, & truly dedicated to making our day unforgettable.

this place is an amazing restaurant but I had never used it as a wedding venue & it was beyond expectations , I m a very demanding person & never had such a perfect experience! The food was amazing , the service was so professional & the preparations of the wedding went so smooth. The owner , the staff, the managers are so professional friendly & polite , can't say enough other than all the guest were amazed. Thank you guys & keep up the good job.

We had our wedding at Le Richmond & it was absolutely perfect. The space is elegant, & so versatile-it created the ideal atmosphere for our celebration. The staff was professional & incredibly attentive. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food & ambiance. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a stylish & stress-free wedding experience!
Overall it was good. We were a group of 8, when we initially only ordered 2 bottles of wine , but after finishing them the waitress did not ask us if we wanted to order extra & instead just popped 3 more of them without asking & went right ahead to serve them but we did not realize until the bill arrived
