Great meal (gastro menu). Very nice, welcoming & competent staff. Great sommelier. If you like wine this restaurant has one of the greatest cellars in Montréal. Don't hesitate to ask for a personalized visit of the cellar - you will not be disappointed. You should stop by the lounge before or after the meal. Great cocktails. Maria is amazing

If you want a REAL TREAT or are a connoisseur of fabulous food, incredible wine & incomparable service...H3 is your restaurant in Downtown Montreal. The restaurant is on the second level of the ultra modern & very sleek Hotel Humaniti on rue de la gauchetiere on the edge of Old Montreal....just up the street from the Hotel Le Dauphin. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful our two waters were leading us through the unique menu & suggesting wine & other items to enhance our dining experience. This restaurant is not a cheap eats kind of place...this is a real dining experience....so don't come to h3 if you are pressed for time. You will really want to savour every moment & enjoy your unique dining moment & not be watching the clock ready to dine & dash, We enjoyed the fabulous Prince Edward Island Beef for two that comes with a variety of sides -some seasonal. Dessert was the most delicious cheese cake I have ever tasted. From the opening complimentary tiny appetizer to the last sip of decaffeinated coffee with sambuca the dinner was a triumph...made even more memorable by the classy simplicity of the setting & the caring service of the wait staff. In short this was a wonderful memorable experience.

Very attentive & friendly service. Food was delicious, local & also a feast for the eyes. Wine pairings well chosen by sommelier. A wonderful evening. The only thing to improve is the music - a bit too loud & not my stile. Will be back for sure.

Limited food choices but meals were good however the service was rather slow. & the wine pairing did not add value as they were not very good (Pinot noir from Quebec unfortunately). Pricey.

What a beautiful evening! The front & back of house staff combined to make the evening wonderful. The space is comfortably designed with interesting artistic lighting at the bar. Floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides make the space bright & take advantage of the ground level ‘fire & fog' art installation across the street. The wine cellar is large, structurally appealing & full of interesting surprises, served with just the right amount of aplomb & discrete knowledge by the sommelier. The food was intricate & fun, full of subtle flavour & farm to table floral goodness befitting of the season. Unlike some more traditional French menus, the use of cream, sauce & cheese was very moderate & allowed the fresh food & raw materials to shine through! Our server was a perfect balance of attentive & absent for this meal. Charming, delicious, & comfortable yet not overwrought. A beautiful evening out.
