Excellent place. Service was attentive but not intrusive, the menu selections for lunch were good, though a few more options wouldn't be unwelcomed. The quality of the food was excellent. I would rate the food quality 5 & overall 4.5 (due solely to the adequate but limited options) if google allowed me to. The wine suggestions were spot on. Overall highly recommend.
J'ai eu la chance de visiter le restaurant H3 il y a plus d'un an pour célébrer l'anniversaire de mon fiancé, & je prends enfin le temps de laisser un commentaire. Ce fut une expérience mémorable ! Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation avec l'accompagnement de vin, & chaque plat était un véritable voyage culinaire, pensé dans les moindres détails. L'équipe a aussi rendu la soirée encore plus spéciale en marquant l'anniversaire de mon fiancé avec une belle attention : une visite privée de leur cellier. Ce geste chaleureux a vraiment ajouté une touche unique à cette soirée déjà exceptionnelle. Merci au restaurant H3 pour ce moment parfait. Je recommande à 100 % & espère pouvoir revenir bientôt !

We tried the 5-course tasting menu which was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We also included the basic wine pairing which worked really well & was a great discovery. Highly-recommend the restaurant.
This place has been amazing from the start to the very end, the culinary experience was amazing, my soul was filled with very flavor & good food. Ordered the 7 course tasting menu & it was just phenomenal. Everything was so good & perfect that the only thing I was able to criticize was they filled up my water cup before my partner's cup. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good culinary experience & you do get your moneys worth.

Amazing food, service & atmosphere at a relatively affordable price for a fine dining restaurant. I recommend the 5-service dinner & one wine pairing for two if you are not a heavy drinker. You will not be disappointed.
Un super restau ! Belle ambiance (il faisait juste un peu froid à cause de la Clim) très jolie deco. Un service irréprochable ! & de très bons plats ! Je recommande ✨ merci !!
The ambiance was charming, & the wine pairing was expertly curated, perfectly complementing each course. The highlight of the evening was enjoying a decadent dessert in their cozy wine cellar, adding a unique & memorable touch to the meal. Highly recommend!
Two of us had the 5 course & one had the ala carte menu. Filet was cooked perfectly. Each dish was very tasty with nice mix of flavors. Pace was just right. Attentive service. Relaxing modern atmosphere with appropriate subdued lighting for a fine restaurant. Very much recommended. I am a 5 million mile flyer so have visited many fine restaurants. This is a good one.

J'ai adoré ! Les plats étaient délicieux. Nous avons pris le menu découverte, que je recommande fortement. & que dire du service remplis de petites attentions.. Tout était parfait pour l'anniversaire de ma soeur ! C'était ma première visite & non la dernière !!!
It was our first time there. We were there for a birthday celebration, from the service to the dessert everything was off. The server kept putting their finger on our food, the main was okay & not hot. Waited a good 20mins for the birthday dessert while our servers were doing shots with other customers which was throughout the night. Very unprofessional specially when each guest spend around 90$ to100$. We go out to eat a lot, this restaurant is a very disappointing experience. Will not recommend this place
Absolutely loved this place. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with smiles & a sense of familiarity. My boyfriend & I were the only ones in the restaurant for a while & were given extra care. Our waitress Naomi explained everything clearly & gave us amazing recommendations. We had the Tomahawk which I HIGHLY recommend if you're there eith 2-4 people. Every side was more amazing than the next. Down to even jusy the vegetables. The octopus was phenomenal , some of the best I've had. Thank you so much H3 for making this night special!!

We first tried the restaurant last year when we visited Montreal. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return this year. The 5-course chef's menu was wonderful & eclectic. H3 has an extensive wine selection. We highly recommend to try Quebec wines, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The sommelier will recommend the best option for your dish. Alternatively, they offer the wine pairing. The service is always exceptional. We'll definitely be back.

First of all, the food at h3 is absolutely exquisite! My wife & I came for the chef's 5 course tasting menu & were SO impressed with the creativity, range, & different tastes of each plate. We started with an amuse-bouche. The following courses ranged from a hamachi dikon, truffled cavatellito, to a perfectly cooked duck. Absolutely delicious. They also offer wine pairing suggestions. A lot of the wines are by the glass, but I recommend you ask for the full wine list. It's very extensive. The service is extremely friendly & the ambiance was very cool. There's jazz music on the same floor playing in the lounge which makes for a really great vibe. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to h3 with some foodie friends next time. I highly recommend!
