Beba is like food Disneyland for me. I wish I lived in Montreal so I could make this my regular dinner place. The rabbit gnudi were amazing, as was the ginormous slab of seared sweetbreads. Wine pairing was a bit off this time & would've preferred a more gastronomic wine if that makes any sense, but the food was excellent enough that I'm not upset about it.
Beba was incredible! The food is so unique & delicious, I got to try so many new things. I also want to shout out our server Evan who was amazing! He provided some of the best service I've ever had a restaurant & made the experience that much more fun.

After the meal the girlfriend & I ranked this in our top 3 restaurents of montreal it reminded us of a restaurent in Madrid. It's small & cosy, our table wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal but they apologized & served us each a glass of wine while we waited. We sat in front of the kitchen & enjoyed watching every dish come out. When we ordered the waitress Bianca suggested to change the order of the dishes to truly appreciate the flavors. Then the barman Antoine suggested us some diggestives acording to our tastes. I'm Argentinian & I can vouch the empanadas were amazing. The dishes came out one after the other with enough time in between to appreciate each one & have a conversation.
From the service to the food, this place was excellent. Went above & beyond my expectations. Would recommend the mushrooms as a starter/side as well as the beef tongue.
100% agree on Beba's rating of #8 for Canada's top 100 best restaurants of 2023. From beginning to end, nothing fell short. Every dish was done perfectly, the service is top notch & the overall atmosphere is just awesome.
I recently dined at Restaurant Beba & had a mixed experience. The food was pretty good with decent flavors & presentation, but I felt it was a bit too expensive for what it offered. On a positive note, the service was nice - the staff were attentive & friendly. However, there were moments when the staff engaged in conversation a bit too much, which some diners might find excessive. I didn't try the drinks myself, but my friends who did were quite impressed. They mentioned that the drinks were one of the highlights of their evening. So, if you're into cocktails or specialty beverages, this might be a great place for you. Overall, the staff were friendly & the atmosphere was welcoming. While I appreciated the quality of the food, I believe it could be priced more appropriately. Would recommend for a nice evening out, especially if you're keen on trying some unique drinks.
It was my second visit to Beba & it was still amazing. The kitchen accommodated to opt out the sweetbreads for us. The food was amazing! & the staff was friendly & accommodating.

Canada 100's 8th best restaurant in the country, but my personal favourite. It deserves its success, even though I'd love to keep it all to myself. Longue vie à Beba!
Great experience. From the minute you walk in you know it will be a great evening. Great food, great service & just an overall great night out. A must try!!!
Bravo! Everything was absolutely perfect, went for my birthday. The food was phenomenal – fresh, local, decadent & refined with happy little surprises along the way – great wine selection & cocktails, stellar service (shoutout to Evan especially), & a playlist whose mild & pleasant dissonance with the fine dining digs are the perfect final touch to create its charming, warm & laid back ambiance. An absolute must-go, not to be missed!

Easily one of the best dining experiences I've had in all my years in Montréal! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance lovely, & the service top notch. Shoutout to Evan, our server, who treated us with such care & was so fun & kind as well!

Seriously some of the best food I've' eaten in a long time. Unique & delicious. Not like a lot of nice restaurants that do the same stuff & are a bit pretentious. Nothing like that here.
Highly recommend sitting at the bar. Evan (?) the bartender was fun to chat with. Chef is a bit shy, but dude makes some killer food. We came to town for a week for my wife's birthday & hit a lot of the "big" spots - easily our favorite nice restaurant in town!
Très belle soirée au Beba! Evan est un serveur hors pair qui nous a fait sentir comme à la maison. On a pris trois plats très copieux avec une bonne bouteille, & on a tout aimé (étonnamment, le coup de cœur est allé aux pâtes malgré la qualité du plat de lapin). C'est un chouette resto de quartier qui, malgré les prix assez élevés (150$ par pers), n'est pas snob pantoute. Pour bien manger, bien boire & avoir un bon moment en tête à tête (ou au bar pour jaser avec le staff!).
Overall good experience. Had a few different dishes. Stuffed Swiss chard, fresh tagliatelle, seared fish & more. Everything was fresh & fairly seasoned.

We didn't appreciate being forced to do the fixed price menu with no selections at all. We paid $80/person (6 people total) with no alcohol.
The food portions were equivalent to 3 people eating. We left hungry, overcharged & disappointed. We were forced to share 1 ribeye stake (12 Oz) amongst 6 people.
Beba is an experience in a league of its own altogether. The food speaks for itself & is wonderfully complimented by the knowledgeable staff who take the time & effort to make your dining experience enjoyable & comfortable. The flavours, ingredients, & presentation are 10/10. The ambiance & vibes are intimate, warm, kind & without an ounce of pretension. A deep thank you to Evan, Pablo & the entire staff for the wonderful night & service!🤝
