About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Pizzeria Regina is simply the best Italian pizza you can have in all the south shore. I've tried a lot of different places, but nothing compares to Regina! & don't forget to try the Nutella pizza with strawberries!

Nous y allons souvent, cuisine super honnête, service impeccable. Tranquille, on peut jaser sans se faire casser les oreilles, ce qui est parfait. En somme, je vous le recommande fortement.

Total bill for two was over $100.00 not including the tip.This included a pizza, calamari appetizer & veal parm
This also included a glass of wine & a beer. The calamari appetizer unfortunately tasted fishy & was a bit tough. My pizza was good but my husband's veal was also on the tough side. With the variety of restaurants in Bossard, I will probably not returning to this restaurant especially if I am going to spend $30 - 40.00 per person.

Nous avions découvert ce resto en revenant de l'aéroport après un voyage. Belle surprise. Nous y retournons de temps à autre & nous ne sommes jamais décus. Tout est délicieux & les pizzas four à bois sont vraiment excellentes.

Really authentic Italian food & the service is amazing Rebecca is offering you the best service. Delicious pizza crispy enough to make you happy. You can choose between different italian receipts & for sure you will come back. Don’t miss your chance to come to Regina Pizzeria. I will be back soon.
