Le chef & son équipe savent créer une ambiance chaleureuse. Le menu découverte est un voyage gustatif de nos produits locaux. Magnifique pour les yeux, des contrastes de goûts surprenants & toujours juste.

Menu de la St-Sylvestre généreux & recherché tout en demeurant accessible. Lieu agréable & chaleureux où il est facile de discuter sans hausser la voix. La qualité offerte justifie amplement la fourchette de prix.

First & foremost, the service is impeccable.
The food is delicious. I had the northern shrimps, then the trout, & finished with the veal cheek. Every dish was beautifully presented & so delicious. My husband had the radicchio salad & the boar with the grilled cheese (grilled cheese doesn't do justice to this fabulous cheese concoction).
The ambience is quaint & romantic. We sat near the fireplace & it was lovely.
Would definitely go again.

Ce soir nous avons découvert un restaurant magnifique a Ste Adéle dans une vielle maison restaurée magnifiquement.
Une ambiance chaleureuse avec poêle a bois ou nous avons découvert le vrai talent culinaire.
Nous avons pris le menu découverte de 7 repas ou nous avons dégustés les saveurs automnales.
Chaques bouchées était un pur bonheur pour notre palais.
Les serveuses & serveuses sont courtois d'un service impeccable & de vrais professionnels qui nous ont expliqués chaques plats a savourer.
& que dire du chef cuisinier qui a prit la peine de nous saluer personnellement.
Une table, une cuisine, des gens & des plats qui vous seront vous ravir.
Je recommande fortement
