If you are in the Laurentians & appreciate great food then you must try the food of chef Bruno Leger at Recto-Verso. It is the chez Panisse of Quebec. You will enjoy inventive farm to table dining in this restored 1880 farmhouse. Eat in the beautiful garden in the summer. Food is organic & locally sourced from small providers in Quebec.

Menu dégustation délicieux, bien que certains plats manquaient un peu de punch. Excellent vin bien conseillé. Service chaleureux & impeccable. Ambiance un peu bruyante vers 19-19:30, correcte après.

We had been here a couple of times a few years ago & came back. It was fantastic. The 7-course meal with wine pairing was divine. The timing between services was just right not too long & not too quick.

Quelle expérience exceptionnelle au Recto Verso ! Le jardin est tout simplement magnifique : un endroit chaleureux, intime & plein de charme où l'on se sent bien dès les premières minutes.

La cuisine est, sans hésitation, la meilleure que j'aie eu la chance de découvrir. Chaque plat met en valeur les aliments en circuit court avec une créativité remarquable, nous faisant découvrir des associations de saveurs aussi surprenantes que délicieuses.

Le menu découverte, accompagné de l'accord mets-vins, est une expérience que je recommande sans hésiter. Chaque service est pensé avec soin & les accords sont parfaitement choisis.

Enfin, le service est à l'image du lieu : chaleureux, attentionné & impeccable. Une adresse coup de coeur où j'ai déjà hâte de retourner.
