Nous avons fort apprécié notre souper de Saint-Valentin 7 services avec accord mets & vins. Superbe soirée & expérience. Service impeccable, attentif, discret & que dire de la nourriture un pur délice pour les yeux mais surtout les papilles. La seule petite chose que nous aurions aimé c'est d'avoir juste un peu plus de vin dans nos verres afin d'apprécier davantage l'accord. Nous y retournerons pour déguster a nouveau un fabuleux repas gastronomique.

I had high hopes. Unfortunately I was disappointed by a number of things:
- the doré: fish was unseasoned (no salt or pepper, although the sauce was good), carrots were undercooked.
- a big piece of broken chicken bone was left on the plate when the dish was supposed to be deboned. The crispy potatoes that came with the chicken had a strange taste (like they had been frozen openly) & the cabbage made no sense to me in that dish.
- The shrimp plate, which was 21 cad, served 12 very small pieces, that just doesn't make sense.
- The drinks were quite watered down - a half empty & transparent vodka martini & an overly sweet old-fashioned.
-The service from the dark haired gentleman was less than professional, although the lady & other gentleman were excellent. The restaurant was half empty & now I know why. I've wanted to eat here for a few years, but i left disappointed. My husband & I both had a bowl of cereal when we got home.

Le chef & son équipe savent créer une ambiance chaleureuse. Le menu découverte est un voyage gustatif de nos produits locaux. Magnifique pour les yeux, des contrastes de goûts surprenants & toujours juste.
Nous avons eu une magnifique soirée.
