Beaux plats. Belle qualité & présentation. Manque le wow côté goût & un peu limite sur la générosité des assiettes. Littéralement j'avais 3 petites bouchées sur le « T-bone » d'agneau une fois le gras retiré. J'en ai fait part à la serveuse qui m'a dit en prendre note sans plus.

Haute gastronomie, cela vaut la peine d'aller voir. Surtout d'aller goûter. Le personnel est très courtois.
Les ingrédients proviennent du Québec ( par exemple, il n'y aura pas d'orange dans les plats) afin d'encourager l'achat local & nous démontrer que nous pouvons faire d'excellents plats avec des ingrédients locaux.
Félicitations au chef & à toute l'équipe pour cet excellent travail.

Staff was very knowledgeable & courteous. Original menu. We tried the menu de dégustation which was very good. Tasty with a nice presentation. Decor in old country home is pleasant.
