Très joli restaurant avec un jardin fleuri bien entretenu & une belle salle chaleureuse avec des tables dressées avec nappes blanches.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé la soupe au maïs & le flétan cuit à la perfection, chair encore ferme mais à la fois douce. Le porc manquait légèrement de tendreté mais reste très correct.
Il y avait quelques erreurs dans le service comme l'un des 2 plats principaux était servi en même temps que l'entrée, oubli d'expliquer un plat mais nous ne tenions pas rigueur car nous ressentions l'effort du personnel de faire plaisir aux clients.
Nous avons somme toute passé un moment agréable. Belle découverte pour nous dans cette région que nous avons redécouverte après un long 20 ans.

Nous avons trouvé que les services étaient trop long nous avions choisi le menu dégustation 15 à 20 minutes entre chaque service.

Tout simplement hors norme sur tous les plans & je pèse mes mots ! L'usage des superlatifs est galvaudé dans nos sociétés & en particulier par les médias mais c'est vraiment une fête & un privilège de passer la soirée dans ce restaurant.

Nous avons choisi le menu découverte. Nous avons vraiment apprécié: les plats sont vraiment différents de ce qu'on peut manger dans d'autres restaurants. C'est très bon, bien présenté & produits frais & locaux. Nous y retournerons c'est certain!
