Délicieux! Nous sommes venus la première fois sous recommandation d'Alyson Van Rassel & nous avons été séduit. Depuis, quand on passe par le quartier chinois de Mtl c'est un arrêt incontournable. Les juicy avec leur explosion de saveur... & de jus... sont juste wow!

Mai Xiang Yuan is an absolute gem that delivers an unforgettable culinary experience from start to finish. We began our meal with two refreshing cold starters: the Cucumber Salad & Wood Ear Mushroom Salad-both perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of garlic, vinegar, & sesame oil. Each bite was crisp, clean, & packed with flavour. But the star of the appetizer round was definitely #55: the Cilantro & Black Mushroom Salad. Earthy, aromatic, & beautifully balanced, it offered a unique texture & taste that elevated the entire dining experience

For the main event, we shared an order of fried pork & cabbage dumplings-crispy on the outside & juicy within, each dumpling bursting with well-seasoned filling that left us wanting more. The boiled lamb & spring onion dumplings were equally exceptional: tender, comforting, & infused with the subtle sweetness of spring onion that paired beautifully with the richness of the lamb.

Everything was made even better with a couple of cold Tsingtao beers to wash it all down. The pairing of the dumplings & Tsingtao was nothing short of perfect-light, refreshing, & incredibly satisfying.

Service was prompt, friendly, & welcoming. This is a spot where tradition meets quality, & every dish reflects the care & craft of true culinary artistry. We'll be back-soon, & often.

everytime i hear the word dumpling i think of this place. they're amazing. porc & chinese cabbage is the best, my boyfriend loves the shrimp ones too. they're super juicy & the perfect level of oily (not too much, not too dry!) i can eat a whole container of them & never complain.
cash only & there is an atm. small location but you can order takeout (that's what we do). workers always seem a little disgruntled whenever i come pick up my order, but we all have bad days

The food was absolutely amazing! Although I had to wait an extremely long time for the food. The juicy dumplings are truly juicy. For a cheap price, you get heaven in your mouth!

Nourriture & service impeccable. Juicy dumplings savoureux!! Accueillant avec les enfants. Mérite le titre de meilleurs dumplings en ville! Seuls bémol: verres en styromousse & paiement par cash donc Machine ATM si vous n'êtes pas préparés.
