Overall good vegan ramen (a bit too salty for me) to fulfill your tasty needs ✨ I liked the kale vegan noodles, & thick ones were good too! Wish you had a zero alcohol beer tho
This ramen shop is absolutely incredible! The broth is rich, flavorful, & deeply satisfying-perfectly balanced between savory & umami. The noodles have just the right chewiness, & the chashu (braised pork) is so tender it melts in your mouth. The soft-boiled egg was marinated to perfection with a creamy yolk.
The atmosphere is cozy & authentic, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The menu has great variety, & every dish we tried was delicious. Highly recommend the tonkotsu ramen & gyoza!
If you love authentic Japanese ramen, this place is a gem. Will definitely be coming back! 10/10! 🍜✨
One of the best ramens in Montreal! We got the Dragon Rouge, Shoyu with pork, & the gyozas to share, & all were delicious. The noodles were perfectly al dente.
You are immediately greeted at the front door & told to sit anywhere you like. As it was my first time, the waitress took the time to explain the whole menu to me. Small alterations request to the dish were accepted without a problem. I chose the Red Ramen & it was delicious. The broth was extremely flavourful & the Ramen noodles were tasty & chewy without being bloating or too filling. I finished with a beautiful decorated mango mochi dessert. The atmosphere was cozy in a modern quick diner environment. Very high quality ingredients & service attention.
If you're looking for a cozy spot with flavorful ramen, this place delivers. The broth is rich, the noodles have great texture, & the toppings are fresh & well-balanced. Service is quick & friendly, & the atmosphere is inviting. Definitely worth a visit!

I am Japanese & a big fan of ramen, but this place has impressed me the most among all the ramen shops I've tried in Montreal. The type of noodles changes depending on the soup, & they were so firm & tasty that they were delicious even on their own. Today, I had the Miso & Shoyu ramen, but next time, I'll try the Shio ramen as well. I would also like to add that the bright & friendly staff provide excellent service, & you won't hesitate to leave a tip. haha! Their smiles will make your meal even more enjoyable.
Lovely little ramen place with vegan options ! The food was fantastic, garlic edamame were wow (you need to ask without fish sauce) & the potato & corn fritters are vegan too. Ramen were delicious, they use kale pasta for the vegan version & I would have never guessed that it was kale ! My only complaint would be that the waitress wasn't aware of the menu ; at first when I asked for the vegan options she said nothing is vegan, only vegetarian... so then I asked what about kale noodles with the vegetarian ramen no egg, & she had to ask, when a big advertisement was promoting « vegan vibes » with the ramen bowls. Other than that I loved the ambience & you can order online directly to place your order. Ohhh but the little table lamps weren't working, that made me sad 🥹 but I would def go back, you just always have to be careful !
Je recommande cet endroit sympathique pour de bonnes nouilles Ramen 🍜 Having recently returned from Toronto & the restaurants there are plentiful on almost every street corner. The Ramen noodles there are excellent & I wanted to find an equivalent in Montreal. Access & parking is obviously not easy with one-way streets everywhere, roadworks & parking spaces are rare. We went around lunchtime thinking it would be crowded but luckily not. We were welcomed immediately & directed to a table. The menu is done via our cell phone by scanning the QR code. We had help from the waiter to choose our dish. The bowls arrive quickly on a tray, I am pleasantly surprised!!!! Everything is good although I would have liked it to be 25% less salty, I think that if we could choose the degree of salt added would be really interesting. Negative note, the music could be at a lower volume, I don't really like loud music. We have to speak louder for nothing. I recommend this nice place for good Ramen noodles 🍜
Forgot to take pictures but I was definitely impressed. I've been to Japan so I can give a fair comparison; Isshin has it down. I got the spicy shio & some karaage & it was delicious. Creamy flavourful broth, just spicy enough & just enough perfectly cooked noodles. The karaage were crunchy with nice, big pieces of chicken. Using their app also made it really easy to order & customize the ramen with plenty of choices to pick from. Really excited to have another good ramen in the neighbourhood!

In my opinion one of the best ramens in montreal. Broth is amazing & noodle texture on point. Portions are also very generous! Couple a negative points: 1- no free extra chilli powder or sauce... everything is a surcharge. At least its homemade chilli sauve 2- menu description said 1 egg be we only got 1/2 egg
Had the Shio & Garlic Shoyu ramen, broth was great, noodle texture was perfect (order the thick noodles for that extra chew). Ramen egg was a little on the sweet side, needs slightly more salt in the marination, not a big issue. Great overall bowl of ramen!
Great ramen place in Plateau Mont-Royal. The system of ordering on your phone is perfect for individual dining, but with multiple friends it can be a hassle. I took the Kotteri Shoyu Ramen. The broth was good, but a little bit salty (I know it's suppose to be the rich broth). The noodles weren't good at all. The chashu had a good taste & toppings were well chosen. I also had the karrage chicken, that I would recommend to share with friends.
The ramen was just fine, the chashuu had a bit too much fat. There was nearly no meat at all. The noodles were good though. & really nice ambiance in the restaurant.

Stars given for the perfect chewiness level of the noodles, the flavorful broth of veggie spicy miso, & the tasty deep fried chicken karage. I was hesitant between the shio (sea salt) or shoyu (soy sauce) base broth, but ended up with miso & it didn't disappoint. The place on Mont Royal is not big tho, it's ideal for solo eaters or couples. The servers are attentive, they come regularly to check if everything is ok. A flat note of the soirée: they charge $1.50 for literally a spoon of chilli oil 😲
Tried their roasted garlic shoyu, & shio ramen. Overall it was flavourful & good. The egg was nicely marinated & jammy (a bit on the sweet side). Chashu is on the salty side, & could be more tender. One suggestion is that there could be more soup. The soup barely covered the noodles.
Ramen was good but there are better options in terms of price for taste. Noodles & pork belly were lacking compared to other ramen places such as sansotei & yokato yokabai.
Best ramen in Montreal hands down. Vegetarian garlic oil is the best! The noodles are chewy & the toppings are flavourful. I highly recommend this place !
