Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.
Overall, Ramen Isshin is praised for flavorful broths, satisfying noodles, and a warm, cozy atmosphere, with attentive service and quick turnarounds in many visits, and the menu offers a wide range of toppings and styles, with several reviewers calling it one of the best ramen spots in town, though some find the prices high for what is served and a few experiences note slower service or uneven execution.
I visited both the Brossard & this location, & I absolutely love it! The Red Dragon ramen is my go-to, & while it's a bit pricier than usual ramen, it's totally worth it. You must try the ramen eggs they are a game-changer. If you're a spicy food enthusiast, I dare you to try the hot pepper. Brace yourself it's a spicy ride.
Like clockwork, every single time their food just does it. Their takoyaki appetizer & spicy miso ramen are a must try. This place is great for a casual lunch or a romantic date! Favorite ramen spot in montreal.

My wife, daughter & I visited Ramen Isshin on Mount Royal Street in Montreal recently to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was very, very good. My wife ordered the spicy miso pork belly, my daughter the spicy miso tofu ramen with potato korokke (Japanese for "croquette") & edamame as side dishes. I ordered the chicken karaage which was really delicious. I thought the portions would be on the smaller size but they were very generous. This is a smaller restaurant with a few tables & a counter. Much of their business probably comes from takeout. If you're in the mood for some excellent Japanese cuisine, this should definitely be on your list. I cannot wait to go back & try another dish!
Server was so sweet he remembered us from last week & offered us shooters. I also remember last year we were waiting in the line for an hour in the cold weather he was giving us hot tea to keep us warm. Favourite ramen place & the food is also amazing!

Nice ramen. Yummy complex flavours. A little cold inside. Okay service. & terrible online menu, if you will insist on customers not having handheld menus anymore at least make the user experience on the phone decent.
I tried their Red Dragon ramen, pretty good, very strong flavor, borderline too salty. The spiciness is just about right (actually not that spicy, though I can eat fairly spicy).
The soup temperature wasn't hot enough. 😩
The pork slices they gave were also a bit on the small side...
