Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.

First time here & will be coming back! I really enjoyed my Spicy Miso Ramen & I highly recommend getting their gyozas as an appetizer. My husband got the Shoyu Ramen & small chicken Karage bowl & it was delicious too (very crispy) Special thank you to our wonderful server Mimi! Though she was working alone & it was busy, she was still very attentive & gave great recommendations on what to order (as we don't often eat ramen) We were extremely happy with everything we got & appreciated the cozy atmosphere especially with the cold weather.

Great service, the gyosas were good, though the red miso Ramen was salty for my taste, the atmosphere is very chill & the place doesn't get crowdy for a Saturday afternoon.
Good & fast service & the atmosphere is pretty good & cozy. Would've liked more space to sit but that's my only caveat. As for the ramen, I ordered the spicy miso & it was very tasty & well balanced. I would've like the broth to be me warmer but can't complain about anything else. Very recommended !
Great place in Mont-Royal to get good ramen, the miso base is very tasty & enriched with flavor, for the spicy lovers it is strongly suggested to get the Red Dragon ramen. Happy hour available for beers! Great place for dates & small groups, the team is amazing!
I am Japanese & a big fan of ramen, but this place has impressed me the most among all the ramen shops I've tried in Montreal. The type of noodles changes depending on the soup, & they were so firm & tasty that they were delicious even on their own. Today, I had the Miso & Shoyu ramen, but next time, I'll try the Shio ramen as well. I would also like to add that the bright & friendly staff provide excellent service, & you won't hesitate to leave a tip. haha! Their smiles will make your meal even more enjoyable.
Une belle découverte ! J'ai bien aimé mon miso épicé (qui n'est pas si épicé que cela). Beaucoup de saveur dans le bouillon. Déçu qu'il n'y ait pas tant de garniture que cela. On peut commander en ligne & payer directement sans avoir à passer par la serveuse.
Très bonne ambiance, déco à thème, nourriture très savoureuse : shio & miso rouge. Moshi pour dessert. Le personnel est bien à l'écoute. Merci. Nous reviendrons :)
Nous avons pris le karaage & les dumplings à partager en entrée en plus d'un ramen chacun pour repas. Le miso rouge était super bon, bien assaisonné & le bouillon était goûteux & chaleureux. Les à-côtés à rajouter ne sont également pas hors de prix & rajoutent beaucoup de saveur. Je recommande pour tout ceux qui veulent un bon ramen.
Great food at a reasonable price. The veg miso was a touch on the salty side for my taste, but not unreasonable. We especially enjoyed the edamame, as it had a nice sauce. It was a small, but nice touch as most edamame we have ordered usually just coats the edamame with salt. The dining area is clean & has a nice casual, atmosphere.
Nous avons pris le ramen miso épicé avec des nouilles de Kale & c'était franchement délicieux. Bonne ambiance, bon service, bonne bouffe. Le seul bémol serait que le service ne semblait se faire qu'en anglais...
Just a warning they don't have physical menu you gotta bring a smart phone to scan a QR code. Hadn't been there in a while. Service is ok but you have to ask for normal service things. Ramen took forever to come & seemed to have been not that hot when I received it. Very thin slices of cha shu. The large karaage don was pretty small. Music was loud Kpop. Service doesn't know how to say miso. I won't be returning for anything else than karaage don.
