Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.
Ramen Isshin is described as a cozy, welcoming spot with a rich, balanced broth and chewy noodles, offering a broad menu from spicy miso and garlic shoyu to classic tonkotsu plus vegetarian options, with gyoza and karaage as popular accompaniments that many note are excellent; the atmosphere captures an authentic Japanese ramen vibe and the staff are frequently praised for friendly, attentive service and helpful guidance, even when busy, though a few reviews mention occasional slower service or a dish that was a bit salty or the chicken karaage overdone; prices are seen as reasonable for the quality, online ordering is convenient, and the space is described as comfortable and intimate rather than crowded; overall guests express they would return, citing comforting bowls, generous toppings, and a positive, welcoming experience.
Ordering was simple & convenient by having a barcode to place online for the table. Lots of options for toppings & styles of soup, including vegetarian broths.
The portion sizes were very generous.

There are many choices, & the soup tastes very good with a generous portion. I ordered a spicy ramen, which had a flavour more reminiscent of Chinese cuisine than Japanese. Overall, I love this place & will definitely come back.
Nourriture délicieuse. Menu clair & concis. Commande aisée avec téléphone intelligent. Lieu propre.
I am Japanese & a big fan of ramen, but this place has impressed me the most among all the ramen shops I've tried in Montreal. The type of noodles changes depending on the soup, & they were so firm & tasty that they were delicious even on their own. Today, I had the Miso & Shoyu ramen, but next time, I'll try the Shio ramen as well. I would also like to add that the bright & friendly staff provide excellent service, & you won't hesitate to leave a tip. haha! Their smiles will make your meal even more enjoyable.
Waitress offer good service. But the soup is too salty for me. & it is summer but their air conditioner is not cool....I felt so hot....& they said it already turn on maximum...
Très bonne expérience, une première dans un restaurant de ramen. Tout était très bon seul bémol, que des baguettes 😅 quand on est pas doué c'est un peu galère. Sinon la soupe était tres bonne.
Tried their roasted garlic shoyu, & shio ramen. Overall it was flavourful & good. The egg was nicely marinated & jammy (a bit on the sweet side). Chashu is on the salty side, & could be more tender. One suggestion is that there could be more soup. The soup barely covered the noodles.
Très bonne soupe, goûteuse & réconfortant. L'atmosphère moins chaleureux que les succursales ou nous avons mangé à Toronto & Ottawa. Mais somme toutes parfait pour un repas de semaine simple & agréable.

I tried their Red Dragon ramen, pretty good, very strong flavor, borderline too salty. The spiciness is just about right (actually not that spicy, though I can eat fairly spicy).
The soup temperature wasn't hot enough. 😩
The pork slices they gave were also a bit on the small side...
