J'ai commandé Ramen au boeuf & Ramen au poulet : les bouillons sont corrects,, mais sans plus. Les ramens sont bonnes.
Par contre, les morceaux de boeuf comportaient beaucoup de gras & peu de viande.
Les morceaux de poulet (2 petits morceaux avec un peu de poivre) manquaient de goût.
Garnitures minimales : des oignons verts, mais, champignons & un demi oeuf.
Facture : 38.05$ + taxes 43.75$ + 5.00$ de pourboire (commande pour apportez) = 48.75$

Les ramens sont très bien.
Le service est excellent.
Ce n'est Toutefois pas un restaurant pour lequel il faut s'attendre à un décor impressionnant & une ambiance ludique.

Quelle belle découverte sur l'avenue Mont-Royal! Chaque bouchée était un pur délice & le service était tout aussi agréable.

J'ai particulièrement adoré le soin apporté à la présentation des plats. Les copeaux de bonite qui dansent sur les takoyakis étaient parfaits & ajoutaient une touche authentique vraiment appréciée. Tout était savoureux & parfaitement exécuté.

Nous avons passé un moment mémorable & nous reviendrons très certainement pour goûter au reste du menu. Une adresse à retenir sans hésiter.

Ordered the Kotteri Shoyu & Chicken Shio for pickup & was really disappointed. Both broths had a strong taste of rancid oil that completely overwhelmed the flavor. I definitely wasn't expecting that, especially given the restaurant's reputation. I paid $55 for what turned out to be a very disappointing meal, & unfortunately, I couldn't finish either bowl. I also ended up with a bad stomachache afterward. 🤢

I ordered Assari shouyu ramen. If you like fish broth ramen, it is perfect! But for me, it was bit too salty. & the soup was lukewarm:(
