The ramen was excellent. The pork belly char siu was flavourful & so it's the broth. The veggie Miso was surprisingly good. The Karaage chicken was crispy & tender. The place is a little bit small compared to the one from DIX30 & it's always packed.

I was craving some ramen & got myself the garlic shoyu. The broth wasn't too salty & there was just the right amount of garlic oil. The marinated egg was a little sweet & was a nice pairing. It hit the spot!

The broth is fine, the noodles are fine, but the chashu was undercooked, the fat not rendered, which is a huge miss. The restaurant service is lackluster & the food takes more time to arrive than I would have liked. It seems they spend a lot of time doing online orders for delivery & the constant traffic of delivery people is a bit annoying. They have no menu, using qr code only, & for some reason they give it to us on a piece of receipt paper? They can't even put a sticker on the table or something? Then they have the gall to put 18% as the minimum tip on the machine. Come on guys, do you seriously want that 3% so bad you'll pressure people into it? Somehow only the restaurants with minimal service try to pull that one, go figure.

Overall not worth it for a sit down experience, as the ramen was subpar. Few toppings, bad chashu. Just go to sansotei next door, they'll actually give you a menu.

Glad to see some vegan options - all their vegetarian ramens can be made vegan by subbing for kale noodles at an extra charge. I got the veg shoyu ramen. Not the best ramen I've ever had, but decent. Rich, flavorful broth. Decent portion size (not too large). Toppings were a bit sparse. Service was quick & efficient.
