Très belle découverte! S'était délicieux, le service était impeccable & malgré un très grand acchalange le restaurant était très propre & l'ambiance était très agreable. Je recommende grandement pour les amateurs de Ramens

My wife & I tried Ramen Isshin for the first time & we both loved it. We shared a couple Korokke for appetizers then had the spicy & regular miso ramen & everything was great. The staff was very friendly.

Dès la première bouchée, ce ramen séduit par l'équilibre parfait de ses saveurs. Le bouillon est riche, profond & réconfortant ni trop salé ni trop gras avec une complexité d'arômes qui rappelle une cuisson lente de plusieurs heures. On sent des notes d'umami bien présentes, tout en finesse.
Les nouilles sont cuites à la perfection : légèrement fermes (al dente), avec une texture qui accroche bien le bouillon sans devenir pâteuse. Elles ont clairement été préparées avec soin, ce qui fait toute la différence.
Le porc chashu est fondant : tendre, bien assaisonné, avec une fine couche de gras qui apporte une douceur supplémentaire. Les garnitures comme l'oeuf mariné sont impeccablement réalisées - le jaune est encore légèrement coulant & salé juste comme il faut.

I LOVE this place. The ramen are so good. The staff are friendly & quick. I never had to wait much for anything. I drive almost 2 hours to get there everytime & I'm never dissapointed. My only complaint is how small the place is it can feel a little crowded when there's the supper rush, other than that, it's probably my favorite ramen spot so far. Took most of my friends there & they are never dissapointed either.

Notre serveur était incroyable, très amicale & enthousiaste. Nous avons oublié quelque chose à notre table & il a couru jusqu'à notre voiture en chandail en décembre pour nous la porter.

Ca fait plusieurs fois que nous venons & c'est toujours autant excellent! Le service du personnel est incroyable a chaque fois que nous y sommes allé. C'est rendu un incontournable pour toute notre famille!
