Les ramens sont super bons & je n'avais jamais eu de problème avant. Par contre, le service lors de ma dernière commande a été mauvais. J'ai fait une commande via Uber eats avec des frais assez élevés pour faire la livraison, ce qui est ok. Cependant, la livraison est arrivée 45 minutes en retard. J'ai donc appelé pour savoir ce qui se passe, l'employé du restaurant me répond avec un ton désagréable que ce n'est pas de sa faute, mais bien qu'il ne trouvait pas de chauffeur Uber. Je lui dit qu'il aurait pu me contacter & il me re-mentionne que ce n'est pas de sa faute, que c'est mon problème & me raccroche la ligne au nez. J'essaie toujours de commander en restaurant directement car l'achat local est important pour moi, je comprends aussi les problèmes qui peuvent être causés par un sous-traitant (Uber eats par exemple), mais sa réponse est vraiment un manque de compétence au niveau du service à la clientèle & un manque de respect. Ma commande était de plus de 100$. & évidemment c'est arrivé froid & les pâtes étaient prises en bloc.

Petit dîner ramen en amoureux.
C'était ma première fois & nous avons été ravis. Nos deux bols étaient succulents.

The broth was incredibly flavourful & rich. Portions are generous & big.

My girlfriend ordered the Red Dragon, which was delicious but ended up being a bit too spicy for her taste. The staff were kind & understanding, & offered us a replacement without any hesitation.

Would definitely go back despite the long drive.

Stomach ache within the hour, burped all afternoon. 22$ a bowl of broth & some noodles, totally ridiculous. The man managing spoke harshly to staff, scolding one of them, full of himself. The restaurant was not clean.
