Ce fut une surprise d'apprendre qu'il y avait une place spécialiser en Ramen ici sur la rive-sud & après ma visite là-bas je peux confirmer que s'était au-dessus de mes attentes. Oui le prix est élevé dépendamment de ce que l'on prenait mais selon moi cela valait amplement le cout!

Came here 15 mins before closing & the staff was so generous & patient serving us. I ordered the spicy shio ramen. It was very flavourful & well balanced. The broth was so good & didn't feel too heavy. Although the ramens are on the pricier side (18-23$), the ingredients seem fresh & each component was well executed. They even have vegan options! Good option if you're around the area for ramen!

Je n'ai pas vraiment rien à redire sur les plats que l'on retrouve à ce restaurant. Toutefois, à ma dernière visite (commande en emporter pour 6 convives), trois de mes invités ont retrouvé des morceaux d'élastique dans leur bouillon avec lequel ils auraient pu s'étouffer.

After trying so many Ramen shops, I really cannot enjoy the Black garlic shoyu here. It's mainly salty & lock of flavor profile. & chashu Don was even worse. But service here is ok. Ramen competition is getting hot, Isshin here is not winning.

Restaurant vraiment beau & propre. Super service les serveurs sont vraiment gentils & nous ont demandés à la fin si ont a bien aimé & donner des recommandations. J'ai pris le miso végé épicé & c'est un 10/10. C'est sur que je retourne.

Amazing restaurant !!! The waiter saw my phone case (kpop related) & put kpop in the restaurant. It was amazing & such a gentle gesture!! The food is always so delicious !

honnêtement, je ne comprends pas les gens qui chialent que le broth est salé. le broth était riche & gouté & très bon. l'oeuf mariné était excellent. le chashu roulé était un peu gras mais c'Est ce qui donne le gout. nous avons été un mardi & le service était excellent & rapide. l'Application pour commander & payer directement sur le cellulaire fonctionne super bien.
