Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesome
appetizer list.

Avis un peu en retard, j'y suis allé il y a quelques jours, j'adore l'oeuf mariné, & j'en commande chaque fois en extra dans mon bol, mais cette fois j'ai payé pour un oeuf extra qui était simplement cuit dur & pas du tout mariné & pas coulant.. déçu d'avoir payé pour rien cette fois. J'espère que le tir sera rectifié, le ramen en soi était délicieux comme toujours.View more

We had lunch at this place. Delicious soups but the staff & atmosphere were not very pleasing. There are scary dragons on the walls, the establishment is dark, there is little light, which is not very acceptable for me & my family. We took dumplings & 4 soups, the soup is delicious but I think it contains MSG.View more

Why is ramen so expensive?!?! It really bothers me. Isshin tastes good, especially the spicy red dragon (the roasted garlic is great too) but is it worth it? Really don't know. Especially for little meat. Anyways, pay for the extra egg, if you do not already have in your meal. Good. Special shout out to the tsukemen. Not the best but is a nice item to have on the menu. Sadly, slurping ramen is not a thing anymore. Ha!View more
