Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesome
appetizer list.

I LOVE this place. The ramen are so good. The staff are friendly & quick. I never had to wait much for anything. I drive almost 2 hours to get there everytime & I'm never dissapointed. My only complaint is how small the place is it can feel a little crowded when there's the supper rush, other than that, it's probably my favorite ramen spot so far. Took most of my friends there & they are never dissapointed either.

Ca fait plusieurs fois que nous venons & c'est toujours autant excellent! Le service du personnel est incroyable a chaque fois que nous y sommes allé. C'est rendu un incontournable pour toute notre famille!

We took the Garlic Shoyu & Spicy Miso ramens. The broth was very rich, hit the spot on a winter day. The egg & pork toppings are amazing. Service was fast & courteous.

J'adore le restaurant Isshin Ramen, mais malheureusement hier le 12 décembre le service était tellement mauvais. Super bête. Nourriture toujours aussi bon mais service très décevant. Peut-être pas leur soirée qui sais . Est ce que je retourne Peut-être pas lui a brossard.

I ordered a Ramen soup to have it delivered to my child, after 1 hour of waiting, I get a message saying that they cancelled my order. I had to order from another restaurant meanwhile my child was hungry & waiting. This is really not professional at all. No matter if the food is good or not, this is not acceptable.

Le ramen était absolument délicieux & le service était tout aussi excellent. Le bouillon avait une saveur que j'aime particulièrement. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Bien que ce ne soit pas le meilleur ramen que j'aie goûté, il est définitivement très bon & se situe parmi les meilleurs.

Tasty ramen, highly recommend trying the one you grind your sesame seeds. Watch out for the small red pepper 😁
