Une excellente découverte à Brossard ! Le resto Ramen Ishin dans le Quartier DIX30 sert sans contredit l'un des meilleurs ramen. Le choix est au rendez-vous avec plusieurs variétés au menu, & même les entrées sont tout simplement délicieuses.
Leur bouillon est riche, goûteux & réconfortant à souhait, accompagné de plein d'ingrédients variés & intéressants. Mention spéciale aussi pour l'expérience client : l'accès au menu par QR code, combiné à la possibilité de commander & de régler directement la note depuis son téléphone, est une formule très pratique & moderne.
Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine japonaise !

J'étais client de ce restaurant, mais depuis quelque temps, le comportement des serveurs s'est fortement dégradé, notamment celui qui portait des lunettes & qui m'a demandé sèchement de laisser un pourboire de 25 %. Le service était également déplorable.

Belle découverte, endroit tamisé & personnel souriant. Ramens savoureux & gourmands. Grande variété offerte, beaucoup d'ingrédients en option. Présentation soignée & appétissante. Chaises très confortables. La commande se fait via votre téléphone portable & il est possible de payer ainsi par la meme occasion.

Deuxieme visite, & toujours une belle experience avec de la nourriture incroyable. Le serveur était aussi vraiment gentil, malgré une erreur de mes enfants sur la commande, il a corrigé le tout sans nous faire payer, meme si j'etais prete a assumer notre erreur.
Un des meilleurs ramen de la Rive-Sud!

Ordered through Uber Eats & it took 1.5 hours to arrive. It was a rainy day & I was really looking forward to the ramen. Unfortunately, the broth was overly salty, the noodles were too pasty & the soup portion was only about half the size of the noodles. Maybe it tastes better when eaten at the restaurant.

The staff were extremely friendly & quick, & the restaurant was very nice & clean. However, the ramen wasn't my favourite, I found it too salty & didn't enjoy the flavour very much.

Came here on a Saturday with a party of 5. We showed up right before 5 pm & the space was already almost packed! We were lucky cause right after we got seated more people showed up & there was a long waiting line outside-- definitely a very popular dinner spot so come early! This place doesn't take reservations, walk-in only.

Food was delicious! We got the red ramen, tsukamen, chicken karaage, korokke, & okonomiyaki. It's interesting how their chicken karaage was ball shaped. Nonetheless, everything was yummy! No wonder they were so busy!
