I had ordered their steak tartare, fried cauliflower & a negroni. The steak tartare is a large portion, was super fresh & perfectly balanced. Unfortunately there is no crostini ots however I had eaten it with the fried cauliflower I'd ordered. The cauliflower itself lacked salt & seasoning, however, the green onion tapenade made up for it, wish there would be more. The honey was a good addition. Negroni was a negroni, can't complain. Service was quite cold I'll be honest, usually when I visit MTL it's always a wonderful welcoming city however on every occasion I've gone to pubjelly, I'm met with cold service. A bit on the pricey side.

I had such a fantastic birthday dinner at Pubjelly. The food & wine was everything I hoped for. Jonathan was amazing, helped me book the reservation for a group quickly & made sure we could take some pictures in the lounge area. It was greatly appreciated.
Very sceney spot. The vibe is great for energy & romance. Come here with the expectation to enjoy the experience & see & meet interesting & exciting people. Dozen oysters come with a free martini from 5-7pm Tue-Saturday
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting & upbeat. & everything after that was outstanding--the lobster & shrimp croquettes, & the grilled octopus, & the Pinot Grigio wine. Our server was friendly, connected, & accommodating. High-energy dining at its best!
The vibe is really nice & the drinks are really good. The food is less than average for the price, specifically the octopus which tasted like it was heated in the microwave
My god-what a place. This was our second visit to Pub Jelly, & it absolutely delivered again.
The food is phenomenal-not trying to be flashy, just excellent & competitive at the highest level. What truly sets it apart, though, is the service. The entire team operates as one unit: host, servers, kitchen, bar, expo-everyone is completely dialed in & clearly communicating. It's rare to see that level of coordination, & it shows.
Best of all, there's zero pretension. We showed up in sweats with less-than-perfectly-behaved kids & felt totally welcome. World-class service, great food, & a genuinely warm, unforced vibe. You can tell they care-& that they actually enjoy working together.

Expérience vraiment déplorable au Jellybar à Montréal.
700 $ pour 4 personnes : des plats à partager qui se résument à quelques bouchées, une stratégie parfaite pour pousser les clients à recommander sans cesse - bouteille d'eau, bouteille de vin, plat supplémentaire… Une pression commerciale permanente & oppressante.
Pour couronner le tout, la musique assourdissante & l'obscurité totale créent une ambiance conçue pour étourdir, voire anesthésier les clients plutôt que leur offrir un bon moment.
& le service… La serveuse a trouvé utile de concentrer toute son attention sur le mari de mon amie, avec une attitude aguicheuse & franchement ridicule. Une technique de vente mal déguisée, qui rend l'expérience encore plus inconfortable & déplacée.
Au final : on paie très cher pour manger presque rien, subir une ambiance pénible & un service orienté uniquement vers la consommation forcée.
Nous ne reviendrons pas, & nous le déconseillons vivement.
In 2024, I had my first dinner at Pubjelly & tried their mtl a table menu. I enjoyed it a lot. Don't know why it took me so long to go back but glad I suggested to meet my girlfriends here tonight, because food was great! Cauliflower & scallops were my favorite 🩵

It was a great experience. The food was great & the service deserves more than 5 stars. We would like to thank all staff & especially Jonathan for making us feel comfortable & welcome.
Sister restaurant to Jellyfish which is much cozier & smaller. We've been multiple times & always enjoyed the food & vibe of this place. Meat & fish are always great. The cocktails are delicious. It does get loud on busy nights but not nearly as bad as next door. Highly recommend for a great meal with some excellent service.
