Great atmosphere to relax with company. Came with a large group for an impromptu Saturday afterparty & we were graciously hosted in the lounge, despite the short notice. When I accidentally left an item at the end of the night, management was understanding & helpful with returning it. Will have to check out the terrasse in warmer weather!
Felt like we were taken advantage of when it came to our bill. I asked for a double tequila soda, with no mention of brand/type, & was automatically served $18/Oz tequila ($36 for a double). This is a casual divey bar, & I obviously expected to be served their well/house tequila, & would have made a different choice if the server mentioned they only had premium tequila available. I have ordered this drink countless places in MTL & have never had this happen. Our bill came to $190 for six basic drinks & I was in shock. Buyer beware to always ask the cost before you order a drink here apparently. Scammy way to run a business.

Dude working behind the bar didn't know how to rinse the soap off a glass before leaving it to dry (see picture) & whoever wrote the whiskey menu didn't know the Bowmore ain't Irish… okay spot.
Un des meilleures bar de Montréal. La terasse fermée est tout simplement exceptionnelle, un vrai bijou caché de Montréal on as l'impression de voyager en Méditerrané, de plus les drinks sont pas cher & les barman sont bin smath.

Owner is constantly reminding you to consume even when you have half a beer left. I'd understand if the bar was packed but the place was empty 😂
Bad idea coming back after last summer my friends & I got charged for shots the owner offered us apparently for'free'. Seems a common practice at this bar for what I've seen 👀

Le gentil employé irlandais ou anglais, il nous a bien servis. Il parle bien le français. J'ai passé une bonne soirée entre mes potes d'ailleurs. Je reviendrai.
Franchement désagréable de se faire mettre beaucoup de pression pour commander un verre alors qu'on en a déjà commandé deux. Franchement insultant de se faire faire jeter dehors par le propriétaire, ma foie désagréable, & de se faire vider sa pinte à 12$ rendue à la moitié juste parce qu'il a dit'last call' & qu'on a rien pris de plus. Je comprends qu'il veut se faire de l'argent, mais il a perdu beaucoup de clients qui venaient souvent ce soir là. Il y a tellement d'autres belles places à Montréal où les propriétaires sont chaleureux & reconnaissants pour leur clients, allez ailleurs.
Très mauvaise expérience en groupe. Le propriétaire a eu un comportement condescendant, hostile & intimidant. Il a crié sur deux de mes amies parce qu'elles n'avaient pas fait leur choix assez vite à son goût, & a empoigné un autre membre du groupe par le col de son manteau en le menaçant d'appeler la police, simplement parce qu'il demandait des excuses.
Comportement totalement inadmissible. Je ne recommande cet endroit à personne.
Merci au manager Maël pour son professionnalisme, le seul point positif de la soirée.
