Not sure if Montreal has a huge happy hour scene, but the fact that you can get $5 pints on tap here is a steal in today's economy. Project Pilote is a fabulous green bar that functions as a mini brewery/distillery that also serves food during the kitchen's open hours. We had a variety of drinks to choose from & the staff there were very accommodating & helpful in picking out the best drafts. We ended up staying for an hour just relaxing after battling for fries next door, & I'd definitely go back again.

Pretty space. Service was friendly & efficient but not really attentive at all after the initial order. Shrimp toast was delicious, smash burger was typical, both overpriced for what they are though. They don't come with any sides by the way. Mint Julep inspired cocktail was strong & smooth, forgot the name though.
On est aller un Lundi, on as pris le souper découverte & c'était le meilleur rapport qualité prix que jai vue a mlt. Salade de légumes cultivé sur le toit, 2 côtelettes d'agneau & un dessert pour 35$ (jai aussi pris le menu découverte alchool qui allait a merveille avec les plats) . Le menu changes chaque mois & jai bien l'intention dy retourner chaque premier lundi du mois. Le service était incroyable merci a Azure qui a été super a l'écoute de toutes mes questions & qui a vraiment ajouté a l'expérience avec sa gentillesse. Côté ambiance il y avais dla musique live toute douce style jazzy qui ajoutait une touche magique au décor & éclairage déjà super agréable dla place. Je recommende fortement!!
Peux importe ce que vous aimez vous trouverez votre bonheur en plus de ça avec un service génial. Amateur de bière, cocktail, vins ou spiritueux go for it! En plus de ça des tables d'hôtes vraiment abordable, la bouf & top.

L'ambiance est top, les serveuses & le barman sont vraiment à l'écoute & prennent le temps d'expliquer. Les cocktails sont bons, la cuisine aussi mais les portions trop petites pour être des plats. Je recommande pour des soirées entre amis!
I love beer....beer was beautifully crafted, but that pales in comparison to the freshness & detail in the cocktails & food. The food is unbelievable. & the service.... They thoroughly enjoyed serving us... Which is telling of a place that loves what they do!
Franchement j'ai découvert ce bar par hasard & j'ai rien à redire. Les bières sont excellentes & le plat de frites que j'ai pris l'était également ! Le rapport qualité prix est fou, franchement je recommande l'ambiance & le décor super beau 🤩
The food here was amazing! Would definitely recommend the burger!! Our server/bartender was amazing (sad we didn't get his name) he spoke 3 languages & was very attentive & knowledgeable, as it got busy he went to work more behind the bar & we had a waitress take over who also did a great job. Thank you for the great food & service - I will be recommending to friends & family that visit Montreal.

Let me just say, Project Polite is the cat's meow! This place has it all: scrumptious food, stellar service, & vibes that make you want to do a little happy dance. Seriously, their food isn't just good-it's *out of this world*. I've tried almost everything on the menu & I've yet to find something that doesn't make my taste buds sing. Let's just say, I ate an entire bowl of the truffle fries.... Now, let's talk drinks. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or a teetotaler, Project Polite has you covered. Their drinks are so good, they could make a teetotaler reconsider. For those avoiding alcohol, their non-alcoholic beer is a revelation-I'm still not convinced it's booze-free! & don't even get me started on their mocktails; they're little sips of paradise. Huge shoutout to the legendary manager, Fred! This guy's a rockstar. Fred, you make everyone feel like VIPs. Project Polite, you've won my heart (& my stomach). I'll be back soon, & I'm bringing friends!
Project Polite is hands down the place to be! This joint has everything: top-notch food, unbeatable service, & an atmosphere that just makes you feel good. Every dish I've tried is a slam dunk. They really know how to cook up a storm here. Now, onto the drinks. Whether you're into the hard stuff or prefer to stay sober, Project Polite delivers. Their cocktails are a home run, & their non-alcoholic beer is so good, you'd swear it's the real deal. & their mocktails? They're on another level. Big shoutout to the manager, Fred! La meilleure perle de Montréal! Endroit mirifique, bartenders (surtout Jacques) incroyables, que demander de mieux! Venez le lundi pour le live jazz & la table d'hôte; ça en vaut plus que la peine!!
Absolutely beautiful food in a beautiful distillery in a beautiful city. Food & drinks were amazing & service was great as well. Everyone was so friendly.
