The interior is pretty, & the staff is nice & friendly, but the beer itself is not extraordinary. I wouldn't say I'd come back just for the brewery; it's not my preferred choice. Standard 3 Brewers is much better, while Brewskey & Messorem are the best, Memento & Vagabond are nice options too & far better for the beer itself. I tried their white wine, though, & it was okey. The food is tasty, but the portions are rather small. Three stars for interior, cleanliness, & tasty snacks.

Pub trouvé par hasard sur notre chemin. On est rentré par curiosité en voyant la déco très stylée. Pour notre dernière soirée à Montréal, on a kiffé. Ambiance, déco, bières & cocktail, le combo parfait. & surtout un service avec un personnel joyeux, plein d'humour, accueillant, souriant... & déguisé pour Halloween. Une fin de séjour parfaite dans ce bar qu'on aurait bien aimé connaître plus tôt.
La carte des bières est cool. La carte pour manger n'est pas très large mais suffisante. Le service est bon & le carpaccio est excellent. Attention toutefois, la salle est très bruyante & les frites (régulières ou gourmandes) sont beaucoup trop salées !
Superb cocktails & unique beers brewed within the premises. We tried the elegantly perfumed Radler, & the chocolatey Czech Lager. Food was also amazing. Decently priced.
Came hear last year for a beer & some appetizers. Awesome staff & great beer/food. Loved how passionate the server was about their brewing process & his extensive knowledge of beer.
Tellement déçus du service. Après que notre commande a été oubliée (ce qui peut arriver malgré le peu de monde ce soir-là), une table de 6 personnes a été placée & littéralement collée à la nôtre. Nous n'avions plus d'espace pour profiter de notre moment & avons préféré écourter notre passage tant c'était désagréable. Dommage car la nourriture est très bonne, ce qui m'encourage à ne pas descendre sous les 3 étoiles, bien que notre expérience le mériterait.
Agréable trouvaille, dans un cadre plutôt bien réussi. J'y suis venu un lundi soir & j'ai été surpris par du jazz joué en live par deux musiciens ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour boire leurs bières/cocktails & pour goûter d'autres plats de la carte
Throughout the years I have been going to Projet Pilote for a couple of drinks, some times food & celebrated my birthday here last year. The service never disappoints! In fact it has been consistently excellent, friendly, attentive & over all well managed. The atmosphere is pleasant because the staff work well as a team & they take pride in their work place. We are lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood! 🤘🏻
As Americans from Vermont we have always found the Montrealais warm & welcoming. We share elements of a common culture & are treated like cousins in Montreal. Le Project Pilote is no exception. We were welcomed warmly, entertained by the spirits manager & the bar tender, & enjoying excellent beer & cocktails. They even claimed to understand my poor French, kind of them! The ambiance is of a friendly, local pub but don't be fooled. The bartending is top notch & the spirits manager will give you a tutorial on all things related to liquor quality, provenance, & the industry in general. These folks are experts at what they do. Definitely, a must go I'd you are in Mont Royal.
The cocktails are tasty, but the place emptied out quickly. By 9 o'clock on a weekday, the bar was nearly deserted. Maybe it's a Montreal thing, but we were expecting the vibe to last until at least 11:00
