The vibes are sick. It looks so cool inside & I love that they have a shareable drink. There is a lot of ice but I swear there's liquid under there still. Taste wise, pretty average but the shell at least makes it fun!

Le meilleur service au bar que je n'ai jamais eu de ma vie !! Les bartenders & serveurs sont à l'écoute & très conciliants. Je vous conseil ce bar bar les yeux fermés ! Ils ont une variété de cocktails & des bières très diversifiés, vous y trouverez la boisson à votre goût, assurément.

Le meilleur service client que j'ai reçu dans un bar à Montréal. Jacques & Ismail sont très aimable, ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer le menu & leurs particularités. Leurs cocktails sont incroyables, concoctés avec soin & amour. Parfait pour une date, ou impressionner un(e) ami(e).

Particulier... accueilli comme des touristes malgré mes 35 années sur le plateau... bières sans trop de personnalités. Je ne retourne pas.

L'ambiance de Projet Pilote est clairement bonne mais le reste n'est pas au rendez-vous.

Le restaurant essaye trop d'être une place branchée, mais, si la bouffe n'était pas non plus mauvaise, elle manquait clairement de caractère. Les portions sont petites & chères.

En outre, Projet Pilote suit cette étrange mode de monter le volume de la musique dans le tapis jusqu'à rendre toute conversation avec la personne assise en face de nous inaudible sans se pencher au dessus de son assiette.

Le quartier regorge de meilleures options.

J'y suis allée avec une amie elle a pris des gnocchis & moi un aligot avec une saucisse. Mon amie a ADORÉ son plat & était très satisfaite de son cocktail aussi. Pour ma part, c'était le premier aligot que je mangeais & j'ai apprécié (mais pas trop de point de comparaison) & j'ai bien apprécié mon cocktail. Super ambiance, super décor & rien à redire sur le service je recommande overall. Un entre deux entre le bar & le restau, très appréciable dans son genre.
