Exceptional menu both in terms of drinks & food. The cocktails are original & heavenly & the ambiance is quite cool! Mad props for the live music situated discreetly on the upper level above the entrance.
This place is a hidden gem & deserves WAY MORE recognition.
Food is incredible & changes by the season, with a few staples like the smash burger.
It's both a microbrewery & micro distillery. They make their own beers & gin. They also have an amazing wine list & all cocktails are incredible. I tried their Carolina reeper spicy stout & it was perfectly balanced.
We recently went for a birthday party. The event coordinator was super accommodating & easy to work with.
We shared plates (hello ricotta gnocchi with corn!) & the staff was both very helpful & efficient.
It's also a perfect spot for girls night or a date ;)

Brasserie convivial où les serveurs & le barmaid sont très sympathiques. Les cocktails sont originaux & bons. Je vous conseille de tester les desserts & en particulier le gâteau au maïs qui est surprenant.
The entire experience from beginning to end was perfect. The staff here is incredible. The food is fresh & delicious. The beer they make is delicious. The gin they make is...delicious. Each staff member we spoke with spent time explaining some aspect of the food or drinks or process that they love. Get the burger. Get the dessert. Get the gin drink. Get whatever they are making.
Super atmosphere, merveilleux service. Super bon drink, je recommande définitivement cet endroit! & j'ai même pas encore goûter la bouffe ou la bière qui, j'en suis certain sont spectaculaires.
Je vais revenir !
The beer was very good - I especially loved the Sweet Caroline (imperial stout), specifically the way it smelled. But the real kicker was that the bartender was so nice, I actually felt bad leaving (I apologized that I was going to leave).

Belle découverte sur le Plateau. La Brasserie n'est pas flamboyante de l'extérieur, mais très beau décor à l'intérieur. Groupe de 6, bel accueil. Serveur sympathique qui est la pour offrir un bon service & non la consommation. Bel ambiance. La bière, brasée sur place, est excellente. La nourriture pour prendre une bouchée est très bonne aussi. Les prix sont dans la norme pour le Plateau. Bel endroit pour prendre un verre entre amis.
Superb, imaginative cocktails were what the night called for, & Projet Pilote delivered. I discovered this bar on a trip to Montreal two years ago & it was top of my list of things to do on my return visit last night. Very knowledgeable & helpful staff helped my party select the perfect drinks. Thanks Ishmael & the rest of the Projet Pilote staff for a good night!
Très sympa, l'établissement offre un cadre confortable & une certaine esthétique. L'équipe est accueillante & chaleureuse & les bières sont excellentes.

Expensive. We were like 16 people & we went to celebrate a birthday. We all had drinks & something to eat & at the end we wanted to sing happy birthday & eat the tiny cake, but they didn't let us because'we sell food so you can't celebrate your birthday'. So money is the only thing that matters there

J'ai adoré la cuisine (frite avec une maillonaise maison; choufleur (original & tres bon en gout; houmousse tres apprécié également). Les bières ont été très appréciées.
I must say I had zero expectations going in, I didn't know much about this place & we were just looking for a quiet place to have a drink & covered from the rain. I really enjoyed my visit, we stayed almost 3 hours.
The layout works, it's comfortable, the decor is pretty nice. The cocktails are good & creative. Staff was friendly.
There are some food options, quite limited menu. Our food was ok but I found it too expensive for what it is. Next time, I'll stick to drinks only.
Pas mal. Beaucoup de recherche dans leurs bières. Les bières sont uniques, un vrai projet pilote.
Allez-y pour ça.
La cuisine est ok. On est pas sur du gastro, mais c'est efficace.
Par contre j'y suis allé un vendredi soir &... la musique était très (trop) forte. L'ambiance, tout ça, je comprends. Mais j'avais du mal à parler avec la personne juste à côté de moi.
J'y retournerai parce que... la bière!
Jacques, the bartender, was fantastic: he made us off-menu cocktails based on our favorite ingredients & flavors. He's very knowledgeable & the drinks were consistently exceeding expectations.
