The food is so yummy
But the service is do bad
I don't speak French & they keep announcing numbers in French the screen is not working, the stuff is hard to communicate but the food is so good

Update
I sm not coming again
The communication with the staff is impossible

I've been here once & I ordered the items in the photo. Nothing special. But the variety was fine. The reason why I am giving 3 stars is that the guy who was getting our order was only speaking French, we answered in English & he never tried to talk in English with us. It was disrespectful. To me, respect is all. I remember Montreal was like Bonjour ,Hi But these days I don't hear it anymore. What if I was a tourist?

I went here really in the morning so they didn't have everything ready yet. But I got 2 sandwiches, coffee & some baked gooods, they were all very good. The staff was friendly & patient with me even though I didn't speak French! The bakery was verrry clean & smelt amazing. This place is a nice place to take a break from shopping.

I decided to get some breakfast & had a craving for French pastries. I picked up some croissants & chocolatines. They were multi-layered & puffy. The textures were crisp & crunchy. Very buttery & golden brown. Each bite was flaky & crumbly.

Maybe the business is so good here that some service is not as good as before. There is one young local girl for the service, unfortunately assigned to my turn number, you ask her in French, she gave you a look "what?", you switch to English & she is the same look. After her colleague coming, she talked with her colleague that I knew she doesn't know the product & doesn't know how to answer, so just show a poker face saying nothing:( Food is still same level as usual, service is not, specially for this new young girl.
