The tarts at the DIX30 location have completely changed for the worse. The pastry dough was incredibly hard, the almond flavor was entirely missing, & the interior dough contained dark brown specs instead of being clean & white. I visited the Atwater Market location last weekend, their tarts were soft, perfectly fresh, & excellent taste. The lack of product consistency between branches is highly frustrating. I will not be returning to the DIX30 location.

Always fresh bread, patisserie & vienoiserie with seasonal flavors, good coffee & local products. The service is always excellent too.

Bought a cake this afternoon, & found out that the fruit is moldy already (see picture 1 & 2) you can see the hypha & white fur growth on it. & to be honest, the rest of the fruit are not fresh either, they all look very dry & like they're dying…

Update 2026:

Leur systeme de service par numero - peu importe le besoin du client - est visiblement inefficace. Un matin tranquille, 7 minutes d'attente pour acheter un pain avec 4 personnes devant moi & 6 employes derriere le comptoir pour servir les clients. Ca n'a aucun bon sens. Ce n'est pas trop difficile d'attribuer 1-2 employes a la section du pain exclusivement, ou d'attribuer des numeros de priorite separes par section pain pain & section autres.

2 etoiles pour la qualite du pain, sinon ca serait 1 etoile car la rapidite du service est devenue insupportable.

Some things to love, some to ignore about this place.

On any given early week-end day, the place is crowded & for good reason. The fresh bread is simply irresistible. High demand, somewhat short supply. Understandably, they never want to overstock.

What leaves to be desired are the long line-ups & the chaos behind the counter to serve everyone in a timely manner. Despite a high number of staff, one can observe a high turnover of staff as well. Sometimes, you happen to stumble on a staff member that has absolutely no idea how to serve the customers properly, impeding his/her coworkers in the process.

Charming boulangerie with fresh, flavorful breads & pastries baked to perfection. The croissants are buttery & crisp, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting.

We ordered catering for 40-50 people. Using the online details we called the store at Dix30 & placed the order. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. It was super easy. That weekend the food arrived, on time, in boxes, presentation was beautiful & the food was super fresh. Would definitely order again without hesitation.
