Reviews paint Pigeon Club Cafe as a bright, roomy brunch spot with a wide, often well executed menu and pleasant coffee; dishes like shakshuka, avocado toast, and waffle fries are frequently praised, and dessert items such as chocolate babka and apple turnover attract attention. The atmosphere is repeatedly described as welcoming and stylish, with standout decor that makes the space feel open and comfortable for groups or events. Service quality varies by visit, ranging from friendly, attentive and efficient to slow or inconsistent during busy periods, with noise and crowds often cited as a challenge on weekends. Overall, it is regarded as a dependable destination for brunch, casual meals, and gatherings, offering good food and a memorable setting, though expectations for pace and value can differ.
The hostess kept us waiting for 10 min even though the restaurant was empty & she was doing nothing but chatting with the workers at the bar. Once we were seated our server was prompt & attentive & the food was served quickly. The food was fine. The restaurant is very pretty but the sound carries so it's always loud & hard to have a conversation.

Weekends still seem to be a work in progress for the kitchen - service is attentive, kind & run off their feet (it's a popular spot)….it wasn't good this time - eggs Benedict served with a tiny barely noticeable spot of hollandaise on mounds of wet spinach on soggy English muffin, alongside cold frozen from the freezer style fries……they can do better & do often at other locations - this one had a bad day & needs some help in execution…..
How disappointing! Took friends for lunch today. They were immediately impressed with the atmosphere. The waitress served us in good time & was pleasant. Drinks came quickly. BUT….it took over an hour to get our meal. We were told that they were short in the kitchen…not our problem. Cold eggs & leftover potatoes. The salad was literally a tablespoon. The toast had a hole so large that it was only crust. Really….

Recently a group of my friends & I organized dinner at Pigeon Café in Pointe Claire. From the time we started the booking to the end of the meal the process was easy & accommodating. The wait staff paid close attention to details, served us with a smile & even the owner, Sean, came out to ensure a smooth process. It isn't easy accommodating a big group but the restaurant did it with perfection. Food was also excellent as a side note & an extensive wine list with creative names for drinks. Adds a different & fun element to the experience.
The food is always delicious here. & the atmosphere is very nice. It feels like you are eating outdoors, they have trees & large booths. The coffee is great. The prices are a little on the higher end. But I haven't been disappointed in my choices yet. Today I had the halloumi shakshouka it comes with a side of challah bread.
worst place ever to work or study, the musci is very very loud, inthe afternoon, like if it is a club!!!! I had a coffee & had t leave elsewhere !
Thanks

One of the best cafes I have been to.
The food is really really good. The prices are okayish, looking at the ambiance & interior, it is just awesome. The service is upto mark & they are really helpful.
Cleanliness 5 stars.
The vibes, food & service is the best I've experienced. The servers are efficient without jeopardizing quality of drinks/food. The manager Lindsay was super accommodating & friendly, checking in on our experience. 10/10
I recently had an event at Pigeon for 150 people & I couldn't be more pleased. The staff were amazing; caring, attentive, accommodating (especially our guests with allergies) & service was flawless. We had appetizers being served the entire night & there was plenty of food & variety. I highly recommend Pigeon as a venue for any event.
We hosted an event at Pigeon recently. The food was amazing & all the guests were raving about it after the party. The service was top notch & everyone couldn't have been nicer. It was a memorable experience. Sean was hands on & helpful throughout the planning for the event & the during the party. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end!
I had a brunch today, but it was okay okay , i ordered salmon but there was no seasoning & my husband ordered stake medium rare but it was over cooked , too much chewy . I like the vibe , atmosphere was really fulfilled but please i spend my money . Please please work on your food TASTE
Have been there a few times for brunch & lunch. Cozy atmosphere with nice & spacious area. Food service is not quick & the cafe almost lives up to it's promise of'worst coffee'. Cocktails & fresh pressed juice are way better options. Intetesting menu & a variety of items to choose from.
