Everything was delicious. The avocado was perfect! Our waiter Jesse was professional, attentive & friendly. Highly recommend!
If you are Looking for something different for breakfast, this is the place.
A nice twist on the regular breakfast.
This was my first time at this restaurant. I highly recommend the breakfast show as picture; I ordered it based on previous photos, & it was delicious.
My go to breakfast place. Anything & everything I've ordered is always beyond perfection. Great ambiance too!
Pigeon is a cute spot to grab a bite to eat with friends, I got the breakfast sandwich on a croissant & was pleasantly surprised by the flavour & amount of bacon, definitely a messy but tasty eat. My friend got the Blt & we got some of the mixed juice which was very good. Friendly service, nice ambiance, it's a comfortable space. I am grateful we got a booth because some of the tables are quite close together but besides that it was super nice.
I was there on Saturday, we had to wait a little, was very busy & very noisy. The food was good, the service was ok, the only thing that I didn't like is that coffee was not included with any plates, not even breakfast.
It's a big place & they put tables very close , you can literally hear everything everyone is talking besides you.
Not sure if I will go back, my personal opinion.
Beautiful café with polite staff & a nice atmosphere. But!!!!the food was very disappointing!!! We had already eaten breakfast at the airport & just wanted to share two shakshukas between four people. The shakshuka came in a large pan filled mostly with tomato sauce & barely any eggs - really not good. Also, the staff kept coming every couple of minutes to check if we were done, which made the experience feel rushed & uncomfortable!
As noted by others, this Pigeon Cafe went to town on its decor. It's beautiful, a palatial indoor garden decked out in whites & beiges. Its also huge, having been converted from a Cage Aux Sports, so you can enjoy the great atmosphere without being cramped.
The menu is limited, but offers a good range of salads, sandwiches, mains, etc. Meals lean towards the healthier side & are in the upper-mid range of quality, although they also have cheeseburgers, steak, even hearty breakfasts. Prices are good, considering what you get.
Servers are mostly young, friendly, & helpful. Overall, I've been there in a large group & at a table for two, & have always had a great experience.
Great breakfast. Eggs were perfect. Waffle fries crispy outside, tender inside. Ordered extra toast, & avocado. Fresh squeeze OJ isnt in the pic.
I just wanna start off by saying the vibes are amazing, I came with my family today & was blown away by the decor & atmosphere. I thought that would be the highlight until the food came out, the pancakes & breakfast sandwich were phenomenal. The staff were pleasant & courteous, & had great recommendations 10/10 would definitely recommend for brunch!
My go to place in westisland, My favorite are the chicken schnitzel , the shakshuka & of course their waffle fries.
the vibes are amazing for breakfast, brunch or even group events.
Breakfast is very strong & they are accommodating to preferences.
The service is MUCH better here than at the downtown location. Silia in the bar area could give a course on VIP service.
Ambiance is welcoming & music is trendy.
Nice, spacious, & well-decorated place with great customer service. Their breakfast menu is a bit different from typical breakfast spots, offering a unique touch. However, the plate I was served was a bit lacking, to be honest, & the cucumber & tomato salad was quite unusual!
Great food, that's not the issue 👍 Service was very, very slow. Came for breakfast & after waiting for 30 mins for a coffee, I decided to go grab it myself from the bar. Food took over an hour to arrive. Many tables around us waited as long or even longer than ours. I get food could take a while but at least bring coffee to the table in a timely manner please, it's the morning & we're all craving it. Place looks nice, staff was nice, but it was slow & loud. Hard to have a conversation.
Beautiful decor, plates are a good size but a little pricier than most breakfast places. Coffee not included which was a bit disappointing considering it was 3.95 & that's not when for a specialty coffee (latte, Capp etc)
I was really excited to come check this place out. They had a vegan cookbook (Thug Kitchen) in the entrance & so I was hopeful they might have at least one vegan option. Unfortunately, they did not have any vegan food. Though I was disappointed, I am aware that not every resto has a vegan option but it seemed confusing given the vegan cookbook? I asked the waitress if the breakfast potatoes were cooked with oil or butter (always go for potato side when nothing else). She said she was not sure but would not go ask the kitchen. She said they would probably have to make it totally unseasoned & it would just be bare potatoes so I should not get it. I was unhappy that she would not even check with the kitchen. She said just get waffle fries instead. ~5 dollars for the breakfast potatoes vs ~9 dollars for the waffle fries. I was hungry so I said okay I guess. The fries come & for 9 dollars I expected it to be a nice portion. It came in a very small bowl & was absolutely not an appropriate amount of fries for NINE dollars. I also ordered a latte (thankfully they did have non-dairy milk). When my latte came, it was lukewarm & not enjoyable at that temperature at all. It was not even remotely hot. Overall, I will not be returning or recommending the restaurant. It sucks because the vibe is cute. But it was just really disappointing.
We frequently eat breakfast out & are always looking for a new spot to try. We finally got around to trying Pigeon Club & were very disappointed. The normal courtesies of a breakfast place were simply not observed. Toast was served but unlike every other breakfest restaurant we have tried no jam or peanut butter was offered on the table. I ordered eggs/bacon with no potatoes &, again other places will ask if one would like some tomato or fruit instead, here nothing. Our other order was pancakes, but other than the syrup that had already been put on in limited amounts, no additional syrup was offered. The bacon was overdone. A big surprise was the coffee which in other breakfast restaurants is included in the price, ie two eggs, bacon or sausage , potatoes & coffee. The coffee here is extra , $3.75 each. In total one order of two eggs & bacon, one order of blueberry pancakes & two coffee tax & tip =$56.17
Interior is very comfortable, a bit expensive for breakfast but still enjoyable.
Finally I got to try this popular restaurant. The terrace was pretty busy on Sunday morning. My date had a grilled cheese with breakfast potatoes. Nice sourdough bread, good cheeses. Everything on the menu looked good but I settled for the grilled veggie sandwich with halloumi cheese & waffle fries. So friggen good. Everything on my plate was super delicious. I also drank a London Fog. It was delightful. Very beautiful inside. Definitely coming back.
