Reviews paint Pigeon Club Cafe as a bright, roomy brunch spot with a wide, often well executed menu and pleasant coffee; dishes like shakshuka, avocado toast, and waffle fries are frequently praised, and dessert items such as chocolate babka and apple turnover attract attention. The atmosphere is repeatedly described as welcoming and stylish, with standout decor that makes the space feel open and comfortable for groups or events. Service quality varies by visit, ranging from friendly, attentive and efficient to slow or inconsistent during busy periods, with noise and crowds often cited as a challenge on weekends. Overall, it is regarded as a dependable destination for brunch, casual meals, and gatherings, offering good food and a memorable setting, though expectations for pace and value can differ.
Very good food. Request for gluten free & explain to the waiter properly as some do know the risks & other are less knowledgeable. I got the steak & eggs with a side of potatoes, overall very good! GF rating 6.5/10
It was my 1st visit at Pigeon Café. I was pleasantly surprised, the deco. is 😍, the service was great & the food, so fresh & delicious! We'll go back for sure!
We recently hosted our wedding reception at Pigeon Club Café in Pointe-Claire, & we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Sean & Lindsay went above & beyond to make our day unforgettable.
Sean was incredibly helpful & caring every step of the way, always making sure things ran smoothly. Lindsay was all that & more - organized, professional, & truly amazing to work with. Her attention to detail & calm, confident approach made the planning process effortless.
The night itself was absolutely perfect. The food, drinks, & décor were exceptional - our 150 guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful everything looked & how delicious the meal was.
We can't thank the Pigeon Club Café team enough for creating such a warm, welcoming, & memorable celebration. If you're looking for the perfect venue for a wedding or any special event, this is it.

First time at the restaurant. The place is nice & open & bright. The restaurant is popular & we had a large party. Service was slow, more than you'd expect even with a preplanned large party. The food offerings are very straightforward & tasty. A Mediterranean twist on things.
Visited this establishment for only the second time today with two friends, over lunch. I ordered Shashouka. The dish was so salty I couldn't eat it. I tried to use the brioche bun provided to eat at least the egg, & the halloumi( which is expected to be salty). The tomatoes tasted as if the it had been salted three times. Our waitress never came to ask how things were after I started to eat. Our water bottle was also not replaced when empty. After about 40 minutes she came back & my friend pointed to my 80%still-full plate & explained that I couldn't eat it. The bills arrived with no apology from waitress, no attempt at restitution on the bill, nothing. Other things worth noting: all servers reached across our table to put down our plates & coffees. No'excuse my reach', no coming to the right side of the table. I guess it's hard to train staff basic manners. Last time for me at Pigeon Café. So many other places to give leave my retirement dollars! ☹?
Discovered this place by accident because it's pretty central for all the ladies who brunch. Super pretty decor,. We have now adopted it as our fave. The food is always good,. We have lattes & no complaints here. We ALWAYS get an order of pancakes to share.
This last time we had excellent service by John - & hope we can enjoy service like that every time. Patient, courteous & a good sense of humour! Almost all of us have been in the service industry, so we're pretty critical. We always go Saturday or Sunday. It's loud which is okay because we probably are as well 😉
This review is long overdue. I hosted my company launch party & celebration of the third season of my podcast at Pigeon Café in May 2025 & the experience was wonderful. From concept to execution the staff were attentive, responsive & provided great recommendations. The venue, the small private room on the lower level, was perfect for what I needed & was equipped with the appropriate tech for speeches & music. I will be coming back again. Thank you to Lindsay & the whole team for the seamless event!
As noted by others, this Pigeon Cafe went to town on its decor. It's beautiful, a palatial indoor garden decked out in whites & beiges. Its also huge, having been converted from a Cage Aux Sports, so you can enjoy the great atmosphere without being cramped.
The menu is limited, but offers a good range of salads, sandwiches, mains, etc. Meals lean towards the healthier side & are in the upper-mid range of quality, although they also have cheeseburgers, steak, even hearty breakfasts. Prices are good, considering what you get.
Servers are mostly young, friendly, & helpful. Overall, I've been there in a large group & at a table for two, & have always had a great experience.
