Reviews paint Pigeon Club Cafe as a bright, roomy brunch spot with a wide, often well executed menu and pleasant coffee; dishes like shakshuka, avocado toast, and waffle fries are frequently praised, and dessert items such as chocolate babka and apple turnover attract attention. The atmosphere is repeatedly described as welcoming and stylish, with standout decor that makes the space feel open and comfortable for groups or events. Service quality varies by visit, ranging from friendly, attentive and efficient to slow or inconsistent during busy periods, with noise and crowds often cited as a challenge on weekends. Overall, it is regarded as a dependable destination for brunch, casual meals, and gatherings, offering good food and a memorable setting, though expectations for pace and value can differ.
Always such a great time at Pigeon! The food is excellent. I have hosted a couple of events there as well, the staff always makes sure the event runs very smoothly. Highly recommend for a quick bite all the way to a private event. There is something for everyone 😀

Great food, that's not the issue 👍 Service was very, very slow. Came for breakfast & after waiting for 30 mins for a coffee, I decided to go grab it myself from the bar. Food took over an hour to arrive. Many tables around us waited as long or even longer than ours. I get food could take a while but at least bring coffee to the table in a timely manner please, it's the morning & we're all craving it. Place looks nice, staff was nice, but it was slow & loud. Hard to have a conversation.
"The atmosphere at Pigeon Cafe was very pleasant & relaxing. It's a warm & friendly space, perfect for unwinding & enjoying a peaceful day. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, & professional, doing their best to make our experience enjoyable. The only downside was that even though we specifically asked for our coffee to be really, really hot, it was still served cold. I hope this gets addressed in the future because everything else was great."

Beautiful decor, plates are a good size but a little pricier than most breakfast places. Coffee not included which was a bit disappointing considering it was 3.95 & that's not when for a specialty coffee (latte, Capp etc)
We recently celebrated our wedding at Pigeon Club Café, & it was truly an unforgettable experience. The décor is absolutely stunning. The warm lighting, combined with lush greenery & elegant indoor trees, created a magical, intimate atmosphere that perfectly matched our vision. The unique layout of the space gave our wedding a distinctive charm. We held our ceremony under the trees on the mezzanine, & then enjoyed a wonderful evening with friends & family on the lower level, near the bar, with the patio doors open. The staff were exceptional! Very attentive, friendly, & highly professional. On the wedding day, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly, & were always ready to accommodate any request. Several guests even mentioned how the bartenders remembered their drink preferences after only a couple of refills, which added a personal touch. We entrusted the food planning to the restaurant owner, Sean, which took a big part of the planning off our plate. His expertise in both the restaurant & event business ensured that every guest was well-fed. The food was fresh, flavourful, & presented beautifully. Our guests raved about how delicious each dish was, which truly enhanced the overall experience. If you're looking for a reasonably priced wedding venue with stunning décor, a warm ambiance, & outstanding service, Pigeon Club Café is the perfect choice. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate our special day, & we highly recommend it to anyone planning an event.
We had a baby shower at Pigeon Café. From the first time of contact, they were super helpful when planning our event. The day of, everything went even better than expected. The ambiance is perfect, service was amazing & everyone enjoyed their meals ! 100% recommend for a family or friend meal out or events/party!

I was really excited to come check this place out. They had a vegan cookbook (Thug Kitchen) in the entrance & so I was hopeful they might have at least one vegan option. Unfortunately, they did not have any vegan food. Though I was disappointed, I am aware that not every resto has a vegan option but it seemed confusing given the vegan cookbook? I asked the waitress if the breakfast potatoes were cooked with oil or butter (always go for potato side when nothing else). She said she was not sure but would not go ask the kitchen. She said they would probably have to make it totally unseasoned & it would just be bare potatoes so I should not get it. I was unhappy that she would not even check with the kitchen. She said just get waffle fries instead. ~5 dollars for the breakfast potatoes vs ~9 dollars for the waffle fries. I was hungry so I said okay I guess. The fries come & for 9 dollars I expected it to be a nice portion. It came in a very small bowl & was absolutely not an appropriate amount of fries for NINE dollars. I also ordered a latte (thankfully they did have non-dairy milk). When my latte came, it was lukewarm & not enjoyable at that temperature at all. It was not even remotely hot. Overall, I will not be returning or recommending the restaurant. It sucks because the vibe is cute. But it was just really disappointing.
Delicious food, generous portions reasonable prices & in a beautiful space, & very nice service. I removed 1 star because the tap water they serve tastes disgusting. Maybe because I was among the first clients & the water had been sitting there overnight? Buy yourself some bottled water to avoid the tap water.
Le plus beau resto déjeuner que nous avons vue depuis longtemps! Le design de ce resto est vraiment unique, vous aurez l'impression de manger confortablement en pleine nature :)
I have been to Pigeon on Monkland & Cote Vertu & never had anything negative to say. As for Pigeon West Island, i was quite disappointed. It was 5PM on a Wednesday, therefore not busy at all. Waitress took a really long time to take our orders & to bring our drinks, we had to ask 3 times for more water. Food came surprisingly much quicker but it was mediocre. Which all seemed strange to me. Not sure if i'd give this location another chance.

OVER-PRICED. Long wait to get our food, came in the smallest portions. I will say that it was tasty but we waited almost an hour. The machine's minimum tipping rate is 18%
