On a tout aimé ; Le décor, l'ambiance, le thé au riz grillé mais surtout la nouriture. Le seul probléme avec ce resto c'est qu'après être allé on ne peut plus manger dans un autre restaurant vietnamien sans s'ennuyer de celui-ci
Easily one of the best pho spots in Montreal! The flavor is incredible, & the meat portions are really generous & everything looks so fresh! Even though veggie pho wasn't on the menu, they were super accommodating & made one for us anyway.
The service was amazing. Having the spicy sauces & onions right at the table is a great touch, & the restaurant layout & decor is beautiful with really comfortable seating. Definitely worth a visit!
Been here several times. Food is decent. However, service is hit & miss. On our latest visit, we had to ask for water three times, they did not clear finished plates, & the old male server was particularly rude. The restaurant is not Vietnamese-owned & run.
This is our second experience here at Pho Anh Vu & we definatly recommend this establishment located almost at the corners of Atwater & Saint Catherine st.
Atmosphere is a plus, meal experience is fullfiling & very tasty, tonight is Friday & its only 1800 & there lined up at the door 10 deep waitting for a vacancy! Luckily we arrived at 1745 & there was no wait but limited table availability.
We came here in January on a Sunday afternoon & it was 45 minute wait!

Par contre les prix sont très élevés. Deux soupes tonkinoises de taille normale comme dans tous les autres restos vietnamiens & deux rouleaux nems + 15% de tip : 74$.
Terrible service. Wait 40 minutes to be seated. The server great us with horrible attitude. The young servers are nice in general but the old person is just horrible.

My favorite pho in Montreal. I always get the grilled chicken pho: broth & noodles with a separate plate of grilled chicken. The chili & onion jars on the table take the flavors to the next level.
Ordered Com Tam (broken rice) & was served regular rice.
Broth for beef pho was a little on the salty side & the broth for the chicken pho was actually beef based & incredebly fatty it was nasty.
I visit Montreal quite often from Toronto & this is my mom's favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I was glad to find that the quality control is there & the quality of the food is comparable to Toronto locations. The pho soup is flavorful & the service is quick.
My only feedback is that I wish my pho tai had actually tai beef (rare). The beef was already mostly cooked by the time the soup arrived to our table. But overall, I still enjoyed my pho!
I finally tried Pho Anh Vu & honestly, it lives up to the hype. The place itself is really nice, love the space, love the decor.
Service was A1 the whole time, super friendly & on point without being too much. The pho was actually really good, & the portions are huge, so you're definitely not leaving hungry.
It is a bit on the pricier side, which is worth mentioning, but overall the experience was really solid. I had a great time & would definitely go back.
