Vegetarian pho! It can be so hard to find a vegetarian pho, & this one is truly a gem. An impeccable balance of salt & umami flavor with diverse textures & perfect freshness melding together in one bowl. It's one of those dishes that leave you feeling not just full, but nourished. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, & inviting; perfect for that important business meeting or very special date. Next time I'm back in Montreal, this place will be on my short list.

I went there for the first time today & let me say this: this place is HIDDEN GEM. From the food to the restaurant itself, i loved everything about this restaurant. the person who served us (who i am assuming is the owner) was very passionate & gave us some recommendations. he also told us how everything there is fresh & homemade. the washrooms were also spotless & smelled good. this was overall a great experience & i WILL be coming back for more yummy pho. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Currently visiting Montreal & stumbled upon this restaurant. It did not disappoint! The bun cha was so authentic, it reminded me of the food in Hanoi! The flavors were perfect & the egg roll was nice & crispy. The pho ga was delicious as well, very clean & simple but you could taste how fresh the ingredients were. There was also a lemon pepper sauce that you could dip the chicken in for more flavor. Would definitely come here again :)

This place came highly recommended by my son who lives across the street as well as two complete strangers we met at a pub a few doors down. It would've been easy to miss as it's on a lower level on the busy street of St. Denis but it should not be overlooked. The service was excellent, so much pride in the food & space. We had a selection of dishes, all which were so delicious & fresh. The beef salad appetizer, which I almost forgot to order then I remembered that the strangers at the pub raved about, did not disappoint. I could've eaten buckets of it. Every bite was fragrant & flavourful. The owner even came over to tell us it was his own creation so not available anywhere else. Every time I come back here I will order it without fail. Loved everything about this hidden gem. Sorry no photos...we were too excited to eat!

Best pho 🍜 ever. Best shrimp spring rolls ever- so crisp & fresh. Service, excellent & genuine; the owner/cook Anh came out & blessed us with his presence & quick share of his authentic recipes. Tommy our server was kind, gentle soul. Thank you Pho Anh 🙏

Some of the best Vietnamese food we've had outside of Vietnam. The beef salad was exceptional. All of the dishes were very flavourful, lots of fresh ingredients used in the preparation. Highly recommended.

Our first stop in Montreal. Delicious Vietnamese & some of the best I've had outside of Vietnam. Had Phở Tái Nạm & Bún Chả - Hà Nội. The owner talked to us about how he cooks everything fresh & made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend.

Pho was super tasty. The broth is cooked for 3 days & the owner uses only fresh beef. It reminded me my trip to Vietnam. Rice paper rolls were also very nice. Service was great & attentive. They could work a little bit on a nice decor & atmosphere inside, but overall I'd definitely go back to try more things on the menu.

I cannot recommend this Vietnamese restaurant enough! We ordered our usual dishes, B1 - Rare Beef & RC - Steamed Broken Rice Charbroiled Chicken, & they were absolutely amazing. The broth was incredibly clean & flavorful, & for the first time ever, we didn't feel sluggish after indulging in pho. The meats were tender & deliciously chewy. What sets this place apart is their commitment to quality. The owner shared with us that they use only fresh meat & onion to enhance the soup, omitting bean sprouts. Additionally, they provide hot pepper sauce, sliced ginger, & sliced pepper, which added even more depth to our pho experience. We're only staying in Montreal for two days, but we're already planning to revisit this gem. My only wish is for them to offer larger portions for us big foodies! :P
