Had dinner with friends to celebrate a birthday, & because we decided to eat on the terrasse outside, we all ordered meals to go. While there is a small sitting area at the back with table service, every take-out order is taken at the counter, so every single customer has to line up in a very narrow corridor. The BBO poutine I ate was full of meat & was quite tasty, but the fries were unevenly cooked. Pricing is fair, but they only take cash.
Don't let anyone fool you, THIS place serves THE BEST poutine in town & from a far. Delicious, fresh cheese, tasty gravy, I especially like the coq poutine which is served with onions & chicken. The dining room is a bit small but beautifully decorated with amazing paintings of James Dean, the Beatles, & many other artists is a very 80's style with leather seats. The staff is very nice & efficient & still smiles at you even when you come around midnight with a large group!

C'est la première fois que j'essaie ce diner, service très rapide, & bel accueil, il y a une petite terrasse pour manger sur place, la poutine est vraiment délicieuse , seul bémol c'est cash only, il faut prévoir de l'argent comptant sur soi. Je reviendrai pour essayer les burgers.
Went there on a wednesday night after a long workday to get a poutine & a hot dog. The hot dog was ok, but there was almost no sauce in my poutine. I arrived home & wondered of they had put sauce in it because it was so dry. Very disapointed since it was almost 20$ for a regular small poutine & a hot dog.
La poutine est assez ordinaire. Pas assez de fromage, pas assez de sauce & elle est fade. Pourtant, j'ai entendu d'excellents commentaires sur leur poutine..
C'était tellement excellent. On en a mangé des poutines, mais celles-là viennent de battre tous les autres endroits. Si vous voulez avoir un bon temps avec un service efficace & jovial, allez ici 100%!
j'adore cet endroit & Paulo & Suzanne sont fins sauf que il ya un tit soucis quand je commande ma poutine préférée la diabolique & que mon mari découvre quil ya trop morceaux de poivrons fort marinée. & j'ai mal à l'estomac & j'aimerais la manger sans ces poivrons fort marinée. Sa cause des ennuis au ventre & le lendemain je suis malade & jai mal carrément suis pas bien . J'aimerais que quand je la commande qui en mettent plus. Je dit pas qu'elle n'ai pas bonne c'est pas cela je dit. Mais,IL ya trop poivrons fort marinée.
J'ai pris la poutine "3 petits cochons". C'était une bonne poutine, mais les frites étaient un peu molle & le fromage manquait de "Skouik". Les 3 viandes dans la poutine étaient correctes. Le messieur qui a pris notre commande n'était pas très sympathique (ne dit pas bonjour & ne dit pas merci). Nous avons reçu notre commande assez rapidement. L'esthétique du restaurant est très old school, ce qui donne un charme au lieu (très similaire au Greenspot).
We ordered the large poutine & the quantity was adequate for a large poutine, but the price at $14.99 was a bit higher than other places. The poutine itself was ok, I certainly had better. On the other hand, the place was packed, so people seem to love it. There were even waiting lines when I left. & it was a Wednesday 11h pm. Also, another plus side is that they have a refillable soda, although you have to request a refill instead of being free to use the machine. Still, always a nice feat. Not only that, there is parking in the back, which is always a plus when it comes to Montreal. On the down side, they only take cash. No credit cards.
